What a gem of an apartment! We absolutely loved staying right on the park. We parked our car and walked the entire trip. The location allowed us to go to many of the different neighborhood areas and check out the scene. Highly recommended!

We returned to this lovely unit because if the charming view, amenities and location. It is a well appointed unit with a very comfortable bed, nice rear secluded patio and great living space(s). I will return to it when my wife and I visit in the future.

Footsteps to Forsyth Park

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at Delia Row surrounds you in a prominent and historical part of Savannah. Apt is on the first floor level of a 2-story house facing Whitaker so it is not as quiet if you’re not used to street noise, or if there are loud guests above. I would check if there are any events for the time you are staying as it can be surprisingly disruptive. Otherwise, it was an ideal location with the farmers market across the street, and central but a little further off the main tourist areas. Appreciated the location bc I also had my small dog with. No trouble parking or commuting by foot if you like to stroll. The description and amenities in the apartment were as described, though I wish it could have had one clean sweep before check in as the blinds and some surfaces were a touch dusty. There was a dead cockroach under the dining table. Would have loved to sit out in the back patio area but it was a bit buggy that weekend. Otherwise kitchen and bath were well-equipped. Bedroom tv did not connect to WiFi. I would choose Lucky Savannah again though I’d be open to their other rentals!

Excellent location for walkers. About a mile to the river/downtown area. The apartment was very clean, quiet, comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. I would add curtains to bedroom to block out street lights as the blinds aren’t enough.
