FULL-WOOD CHALET 6 PLACES

The gîte des louzets is an old farmhouse in the middle of an 11 hectare property made up of woods and meadows where horses and sheep graze.
Located near Sainte Eulalie d olt and Saint geniez d olt at the foot of the Aubrac mountains, our cottages overlook the Castelnau de Mandailles lake in the heart of a protected site classified as Natura 2000. The gîte is made up of 2 houses: a traditional stone house with 11 beds and on the site of the old barn a wooden chalet with 6 beds.
You can practice hiking along the track that borders the lake (32kms) but also fishing because the lake of castelneau mandailles is an exceptional place for fishing for pike perch, pike, carp etc ...
You can also, in season, pick mushrooms and chestnuts on the property.
The chalet includes: a living room (kitchen, living room), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
The chalet is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
An ideal place for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.

Peace and quiet.

Loved it except for the track leading to the chalet which for our car of advanceing years was a bit of a concern we didn’t realise what piste meant.

Un chalet avec des grandes capacités où tout est pensé dans le moindre détail avec divers cadeaux à l'arrivée (gâteaux, miel, boissons..). Logement très très propre, équipement complet, logement très calme, super vue, terrasse très agréable. Hôte très sympathique et disponible. De belles balades à pieds aux alentours, le village est à découvrir à pied. Très beau département à sillonner. Excellent séjour, je recommande, nous reviendrons.

Prachtige chalet geweldige host mooie rustige omgeving

Wat hebben we genoten. Je moet hier naar toegaan als je van rust kan genieten. Het uitzicht is mooi. Het dorpje vlakbij is prachtig enkel erg rustig buiten seizoen. Vele bars en restaurants dicht maar toch hebben we altijd wel iets gevonden dat open was. Ook onze tieners hebben get geweldig naar hun zin gehad. Wij zijn bijna nog nooit in vele jaren reizen zo warm ontvangen!

Le chalet, tout en bois, est très confortable. L'accueil par la propriétaire est très chaleureux. Nous nous sommes régalé.es des spécialités culinaires laissées à notre intention. Merci encore! Ce chalet est tout simplement parfait ! Il est spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé. Nous avons aussi très apprécié l’accueil qui est tres sympathique edges propriétaires qui font tout pour nous rendre le séjour agréable . Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé 12 jours dans le chalet. Ce dernier est bien conçu et extrêmement bien équipé ( il ne manque rien !) .La propriétaire est bienveillante et très attentionnée ; la vue est très belle de la terrasse. Nous avons pu découvrir la vallée du Lot ( en amont de Saint Gêniez d Olt à 15mn , baignades faciles ), l Aubrac et les gorges du Tarn et de la Jonte. N'hésitez pas !
