A bit disappointed.

The room was fine. The description led us to believe certain amenities were included in the price. The salesperson that we had to meet with in order to get our room keys was very rude when we didn't want to invest about 2 hours in a tour and sales pitch. Most of the employees were rude. I feel like we were nickel and dimed the entire time we were on the property.

Was here for Koa convention

Was told It would be walking distance to Orange County Convention Center for Koa convention but come to find out that you can not walk to convention from this location if I would of known this I would of stayed at the location Rosen Centre but this place had more things to do

Poor Customer Service

The property was great the staff not so much. Waitress in Drafts restaurant was awful did not know anything about menu never came back to table. 2 people in our party both became ill after eating there. Elevator down phoned front desk they stated that there is nothing they could do about it I let them know that I was. Handicapped and used a walker he repeated that he had no idea when elevator would be fixed. Room keys did not work, Wi-Fi did not work. One day the door handle was broken on the door, we went to front desk they could not find security told us to go wait for them and we could take the handicap person to the pool to entertain her. After 2 hours of waiting my 13 yr old granddaughter found a screw on the floor and fixed the handle. Security never did show. The room and resort themselves were lovely but due to the very poor customer service I would never recommend this resort nor would I consider staying here again.
