Perfect for a family beach holiday or a golfing or walking group holiday. Only 20 minutes drive to St Andrews and only an hour from Edinburgh, this is a great holiday destination. WITH A DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM AND SHOWER ROOM THIS PROPERTY IS PERFECT FOR GUESTS WITH ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
Novus Harbour View has stunning views over Largo pier to a beautiful sandy beach and beyond to the Bass Rock, a volcanic plug rising from the sea off North Berwick. It lies 12 miles from St Andrews, the home of golf, with several local golf courses within minutes of the house. Also nearby are the picturesque fishing villages of the East Neuk, though with the ancient village of Lower Largo on the doorstep, the birthplace of Alexander Selkirk on whose adventures "Robinson Crusoe" was based, you may find no reason to travel far at all. Simply step through the conservatory onto the patio and relax while enjoying the stunning views across the Firth of Forth.

Superb!!

We've holidayed in this area every year since kids were little. This is by far the best place we've stayed. Had everything we need, brilliant location and off-street parking a real bonus. Will definitely be back!

Superbly equipped, comfortable and ideally located.

We really appreciated the little extras left for us which you don't normally get - things like shower gel, some washing powder, tin foil and oil. We were warm and comfortable and loved the beautiful surroundings. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We hope to come back again!

A lovely cottage with a beautiful sea view!

We had a fabulous stay! The house was very comfortable and spacious for three couples. The cottage is beautiful in person than the photos. The outdoor space was so enjoyable and peaceful. The host had a welcoming snacks which was a nice touch. We hope to be back in the future.

Christmas in Lower Largo

We (family of 4 with 2 adult daughters) had a fantastic stay at Novus. There is ample space for the whole family and the location is spectacular, with great views across Largo Bay.The house is very tastefully furnished, the owners had thought of everything, even christmas decorations. Kitchen is well equipped and able to cope with the demands of a christmas dinner.Would stay here again and definitely recommend to other travellers.Matt & family
