About the host
Hosted by Alexei
I was born and raised in Guatemala. I lived in New York City, where I attended and graduated from NYU. I have since made Las Gaviotas my home. My wife and I are avid travelers, and we have decided that Mexico is the way to go. I am a homeowner in Las Gaviotas, so when you arrive for your vacation, I will meet you to get you situated for your stay
Why they chose this property
I am grateful to my friend Dan for helping us with the purchase of this home. This home has been from family to family. I have great familiarity with the area, should you need any advice or recommendations please reach out to me.
What makes this property unique
The house hosts many unique benefits. The goose down sofa, the fireplace, the open concept kitchen and Mexican tiles give the fully stocked kitchen an inviting feel, while the stainless steel appliances provide everything you’d need to cook from breakfast through dinner.
The living room and dining area overlook the crystal blue waters of the Pacific through the front window, where you can watch the sun set on the ocean while decompressing in front of the fireplace. The upstairs bedrooms are colorful with great natural light, qking size beds with down comforters, while the bathrooms are decorated with authentic Mexican tile and are equipped with amenities including hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to help lighten your suitcases while traveling to our home. When not enjoying the view, the fireplace, and the home’s WiFi and Satellite TV, head down to the community pool and hot tub, or out to the tennis courts for a lively match!
Finally, not every home has a personal concierge, but because I live close by, I am available to address any questions or needs that you may have.
Last but not least the huge roof deck
