The Space

There is 4 dollar über ride. It close to Hyatt and Shingle Creek. Convenient store located inside property, balcony, and fantastic view of the Convention Center.

I have 4 1774 square foot three floor units - these all have three ensuites and have 4 beds and can add another bed for 100 in this luxury resort plus two one floor condos that are both 4 beds and 3 bedrooms. Text me if interested in any of them 407-222-6852.

As needed - I'm an invisible yet highly responsive host. I do this because I have a heart for making places ready for people to enjoy and then allowing them to enjoy their experience. I try to create a great experience while being invisible yet being available 24 hours a day as a texting concierge.

Examples. Last week - dropped an iron by a property - met guests to store luggage early - checked a couple that got lost and made sure they were familiar with the home.

Usually the instructions which are always improving are enough to delight guests. I have a hospitality bug. I am a professor of service at UCF Rosen College so this keeps me accountable in the vacation industry. It is my treat to improve your experience and make it as seamless as possible.

Not As Expected

I have stayed at this property many times since it was constructed. This was the first time I’ve stayed as Vrbo consumer, as we have generally booked through the resort itself. This particular unit had a ‘run down’ feeling. There were carpet stains throughout, carpet needed vacuuming, the decor and furniture were less quality than when booking through the resort owned units. There were literally 10 coffee makers in the unit, with all of them having some type of issue and wouldn’t work. No dish washing detergent in the unit (had to buy from the store ourselves). No laundry detergent in the unit (had to buy from the store ourselves). Bugs, bugs, bugs. There were bugs all over. Being in Florida you do expect some critters, but this was like they aren’t using pest control at all in the unit. Ants in the kitchen, gnats flying in the unit, bugs on the walls, etc. Will def book here again, but only for a resort maintained unit.

Great place in a great location!

Had a great experience. The town house had everything to make it feel like home. Denver was very friendly and prompt with communication. I would definitely stay here again!
