Executive Rental -- Little Italy Modern Condo With Parking

This is our 2nd downtown Executive Rental property and we know you will love staying here. This will be your home for the duration of your stay in San Diego, make it count!

Recently renovated and fully furnished condo located by Little Italy with great amenities. We are walking distance to several restaurants on India St. There is Farmers ' Market every Saturday, which is literally just right out of our building steps. Easy freeway access and walking distance from the San Diego Downtown Amtrak station.

If your work brings you to San Diego, consider this your home. If you come here for vacation, you will want to stay a little longer.

The building provides amenities such as Fitness Room, Swimming Pool & Meeting Room. The Fitness Room is a big space, complete with several workout machines that you'll find in a regular gym. The pool is located on the same floor as the unit, and is literally 15 steps away. Easy freeway access and close to a major grocery store (Ralphs on Market St). We are also walking distance to the train station and airport. Public transportation is available and ample of cabs, as well as Uber drivers to take you where you need to go.

Apartment is in a great and very safe location

We stayed at this lovely apartment for a month last March. The host was extremely accommodating and very responsive to our inquiries. The apartment is in a great and very safe location and within walking distance to many things such as the gas lamp, mall, supermarket, Saturday farmers market, SanDiego trolley, Coronado ferry, and seaport village to name a few. The parking garage is a huge plus. All and all we had an amazing time in SanDiego and we could have not asked for a better apartment and hosts. Highly recommended.

Great location and amenities near Balboa Park

The pictures do not do this condo justice. When I walked in, I was struck by how bright and spacious and very, very clean this condo was. It’s in a gorgeous building with a tropical indoor courtyard, swimming pool, and fitness center. The Wi-Fi was very reliable and strong (I’m a Netflix and YouTube junkie). The location is absolutely perfect – near downtown, but just a few blocks away so you feel like a local. I didn’t have a car, but I walked everywhere (Little Italy, Balboa Park, Embarcadero) and what wasn’t close enough to walk to, was just a short trolley or bus ride away (Old Town, Mission Beach, Coronado Island). I went to some really great restaurants, but I frequently cooked at home, too. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, food wrap, and basic condiments. The owners are very responsive and even met me with a little basket of snacks when I arrived. I highly recommend this unit if you are staying in the San Diego area.

Perfect in every way

Great location and very comfortable. Safe and convenient access to the best part of Downtown San Diego Little Italy Neighborhood. Bryan and Michi were very responsive when I had issues with the cable TV and fixed it right away.

Great find in the heart of Italy!

The location was amazing. We were walking distance to several good restaurants, including a gelato place we frequented for dessert. It was a short drive to Balboa park and San Diego zoo. The condo was very clean and well stocked with plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. We didn't hear any neighbors or noise from the street. It's a peaceful location and I like the modern decor. The owners were responsive and organized. They gave us a PDF document with detailed instructions which were very helpful. It was great having a designated parking spot indoor since city parking can be challenging. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book this place again for our next family vacation in San Diego!

My wife and I are both from Orange County and used to live in this unit, until the family gets a little larger. We moved to another place just around the corner, that has a little more space, but not too far from where the downtown activities are.

I am an engineer, a photographer and maker. She is a digital media planner and wedding coordinator. Between the both of us we are extremely busy and use Airbnb and VRBO extensively, so we decided to open up our homes to others to enjoy as well.

Why they chose this property

If you want to enjoy downtown life, yet still prefer staying away from the noise and traffic, this is the area for you. Convenient access to the freeway, explore Little Italy by foot. Park inside your own building. Easy guest parking.
