Property was more than beautiful and check in very easy. Loved the welcome basket . The location was perfect with off street parking. Made for a restful, peaceful vacation. Would absolutely love to stay again!

Excellent place and owners, terrible (external) managers

Everything perfect at home, in fact way better than expected from the pictures, which focus on the (very pleasant) interiors but kind of forget to stress the best part… The ocean a few metres away. The owners are lovely, friendly and true part of the spirit of Madeira, and this while being Americans! I’ll be happy to come back, but I hope that they will have meanwhile changed the -very cheesy but very inefficient- “management” (those supposed to check you in).

One of our team members was involved in a car accident and, despite the challenging situation, she made every effort to ensure your comfort and well-being. However, we must express our deep disappointment in the disrespectful behavior exhibited towards our team member. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism, and any form of disrespect towards our staff is not tolerated. After you have been informed of the accident, you rudely insulted our staff and were not comprehensive in any way towards the situation which was out of our control. The team did its best to ensure you would get the keys as soon as possible. You kept shouting on the phone and kept talking on a rudely manner towards us when all we did was try to assist you the best way we could. We are a professional team that values the comfort of all our guests and it was not our fault that this had happened. We kindly advise you to treat others with better respect and kindness which were lacking after such an awful event as a car accident. Furthermore, we believe that the best response to your dishonest review, will be the reviews from our predecessors and future guests. We wish you all the best.

Check in und Check out Vorgang liefen reibungslos ab. Wir haben sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk bekommen. Die Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp und man bekam bei Nachfragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit Antwort.Es gibt einen zu der Wohnung gehörenden Schotterparkplatz, auf dem immer genug Platz für uns war.Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel inklusive Wäschegestell, leider keine Spülmaschine, dafür stehen Schwamm und Handspülmittel bereit.Es gibt einen Föhn und Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden.Die Betten sind leider sehr hart. Küche und Bad waren sehr sauber. Der Rest der Wohnung war ausreichend sauber. Da das Meer wirklich direkt angrenzt, hat es auch innen an den Fenstern und Vorhängen seine Spuren hinterlassen.Die Lage der Wohnung ist atemberaubend. Auf der einen Seite wie gesagt das Meer, auf der anderen Seite die Berge.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit großem Willkommenskorb mit lokalen Spezialitäten, tolle Lage direkt am Atlantik, Wohnung sehr schön und komplett eingerichtet. Einzig die Betten waren uns zu schmal für 2 Erwachsene Personen (jeweils nur 140 cm). Ruhige Lage, super Ausgangspunkt um die Nordküste zu entdecken.

Parfait !

Bel appartement de 100 m2 environ joliment décoré et très confortable, il y à tout pour y passer de bon moment. face à la mer le spectacle est magnifique! il y à tout le matériel pour cuisiner (en très bon état), il ne manque rien...lorsque le temps n'est pas super on apprécie d'autant plus d'y séjourner. Un des appartement les chaleureux qu'on ai eu depuis 20 ans qu'on loue pour nos vacances.

Comme sur les photos

Magnifique appartement sur le bord de la mer (on entend les vagues à l’intérieur.) Très propre, bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les bières, fruits, café et lait à notre arrivée. Le seul bémol est le fait que le soleil est moins présent étant donné la présence de montagnes de ce côté de l’île
