Biscayne Blue Paradise exceeded all of our expectations! The house was lovely, spacious, and ideal for the large group on our Moms and Kids trip. Being so close to the beach was a huge highlight for the kids, and the adults spent countless hours enjoying the porch and stunning ocean views. The location, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and would happily book this rental again! The deck and outdoor spaces are relaxing, and we loved the ocean views from both the main deck and the bedroom balconies. The beach was easy to reach, and the rooms and living areas were even more spacious than we expected from the photos.One small note for future guests: the door can be a little difficult to open, close, and lock. It didn’t take away from our stay or change our recommendation at all. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great property. We've stayed here twice, once with two families and two sets of grandparents. The house is well maintained, easy walk to the ocean (catwalk is just a couple of houses down), great views, and peaceful. Great communication with the hosts. We'll likely book again.

The house was as is on the market. Our family reunion was GREAT!!!There were enough beds and the house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for lending your house with our family, We made great memories. Our guys went deep sea fishing and they brought back dinner... We all had a blast.

We have stayed at Doi & Malisa's beach house several times now. From the beginning, they have been most accommodating - quick to respond & clear with communication. We love that the house is so open & bright - beach view from all the balconies, large patio, 2 master bedrooms downstairs with a clean kitchen fully stocked with all the basics that you need. It's a gated community where you are literally at the beach once you walk across the bridge 3 houses away. So perfect all around - we'll keep coming back for sure!

The home was beautiful and well stocked with supplies to cook with. 2 wine fridges were a huge plus. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and well kept. Lots of wooden furniture outside , very nice and bright colors help you pick out the house from down at the beach. Neighborhood was great and felt safe. Live that the hwy is far from the neighborhood as it made for serine factors, no car noise or other noises. Love the fact that rooms did not have bunk beds as most of our guest were adults! Very smart choice by home owners.

House is just as pictured. Plenty of room for large groups Great location and view! Very large outdoor spaces. Very close to beach access, which was not busy at all. Things to note: 2 bedrooms have double beds, was a little tricky to fit 2 adults in each bed. Front door was hard to use but we just used side door to avoid damaging it. Neither of these were a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation

We heard several times that this house was the best location and layout from our grown children. They had bedrooms upstairs for their children who were able to sleep while we played games downstairs. Great beach - quiet, hardly any fellow beachcombers. Our first time to visit TX beach was a great success!
