Ein Traumhaus am Strand

Wenn man sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, hat man irgendwas verpasst! Traumlage, Traumstrand super netter Vermieter, wir hatten alles, was das Herz begehrt.. . Vorher gut eingekauft, die Logisik muss stimmen....da sind wir allerdings bestens erprobt. Die Strandbar gleich 150 m entfernt....mega Fischplatte, super nette Besitzerin und Eiswürfel für den Sundowner gratis dazu! 2022 sind wir wieder da...min 1 Woche LG H+T

Ein kleines Paradies auf Erden

So nette Menschen, so ein netter Empfang, so ein tolles Haus. In dem Haus steckt so viel Liebe, alles so nett dekoriert und dabei an alles gedacht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Man fühlt sich eher wie auf einem Schiff, direkt in der Brandung als in einem Haus. Blumen rund ums Haus, was sehr schön ist. Man sollte nicht allzu groß sein (>1,85m), denn das Haus ist für kleinere Leute gedacht. Bei einer Woche Aufenthalt ist das vollkommen ok, bei längeren Aufenthalten vielleicht etwas schwieriger.

Beautiful simple hut

Simple, yet very beautiful fishermen's hut directly located at the beach with beatiful patio for outside dining - which is a very unique setting and is what you pay the money for. Don't expect any luxury, but everyting essential is available. Kitchen with gas heater, microwave and fridge/freezer to do some simple cooking. The ceiling and lights are very low, so if you are >1.75m you should not have problems with ducking your head all the time (I'm 1.90+ and it wasn't any real issue). Not accessible by car, requires carrying everything up and down a long set of stairs. Nice contact that was helpful and arranged checkin-checkout very convenient. The cons I need to mention: -The double bed was a real nightmare, I've slept very uncomfortably. A very simple metal frame that collapsed almost every night although I'm not too heavy. So I had to get up in the middle of the night to repair. Needs urgent replacement and is not suitable at all for a commercially rented house. -The house and patio are at very prominent position directly at the entry of the beach and hence exposed. There are dozens of people walking past, sitting at the stairs opposite and directly watching you all day or even taking pictures of you having breakfast on the terrace. If you value your privacy, you shouldn't decide for this house.

Beste Lage🏖

Dieses Haus liegt direkt am Meer- näher geht nicht🙂 und ist über einen langen, steilen gepflasterten Weg (zu Fuß) zu erreichen. Es liegt unterhalb und neben zwei kleineren Urlaubsanlagen, deshalb ist ums Häuschen an schönen Tagen stets reger Verkehr. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und täglich anzutreffen 💙🙂. Agnese, unsere Ansprech-person zuverlässig zu erreichen und macht einen super Job🙂👍. Wir kommen wieder.

Perfect location right on the beach

This small fisherman's hut is really quite basic. Don't expect too many mod cons and you shouldn't be too tall as the bathroom is tiny and the bed a bit shortish. BUT: Everything is very clean – and of course: the hut is in an absolutly unbeatable location right on the beach very close to the surf of the mediterranean. You can almost jump into the sea right from the house and you can hear the waves all day (and night). The views from the terrace across the Golfo di Gonnesa towards Nébida are absolutly stunning, as are the sunsets. Next to the house (and on the cliffs above it) is a small village of holiday cottages (the converted buildings of a former tuna port), but nonetheless it feels really remote and off the beaten track (at least in October when we stayed there). Five minutes along the beach there's a brillant beach bar, which is very popular with surfers. For shops or restaurants you have to drive to Gonnesa, Iglesias or Carbonia, so it is essential to have your own car. Communication was very easy (via Silvia, a friend of the owners who speaks English), and the check in was uncomplicated and welcoming. So: If you like to enjoy some romantic simplicity in a very special location: This is the perfect place to go.

Delusione dopo anni di prenotazionii

Premettiamo che il posto è magnifico con una terrazza sublime.Il prezzo pagato è eccessivo. La casa mediocre con soffitti e porte troppo bassi. Il bagno piccollissimo, nel wc non si può gettare la carta igienica, in tanti anni che viaggiamo non ci era mai successo prima. Le stoviglie sono insufficienti, l acqua calda inesistente in cucina e per ultimo ci sono circa 200 m dal parcheggio per arrivare alla casa, con una pendenza media del 20 per cento, che per superarla bisogna essere super allenati. Per finire vorrei che le descrizioni utilizzate per promuovere la casa siano più corrispondenti alla realtà e non solo fatte per attirare clienti. Maggiore controllo da parte VRBO su veridicità annunci

Einzigartige einfache Fischerhütte

Fischerhütte ist einfach ausgestattet, man darf nicht zuviel erwarten. Bad ist klein, nur dort gibt es warmes Wasser. Die Lage ist einzigartig: Strand und Meer keine 10 Meter, dazu toller Terrasse mit Liegestühle und Sonnenuntergang. Super WLAN Anschluß. 5km bis Stadt und Supermarkt. Uns hat es gefallen

Esperienza Unica per una Vacanza davvero al Mare

Alzarsi la mattina e coricarsi la notte in riva al mare è pressochè impossibile se non in sacco a pelo o alberghi di gran lusso. Qui da Enzo e Agnese invece, la dimensione è così naturale da essere incantevole, beato e benedetta. Siamo stati accolti e seguiti con molto simpatia e premura. L’unica problema sarebbe se volete visitare la Sardegna, perché da qui, non viene voglia di andare da nessuna parte. La spiaggia è spettacolare, il mare dolce e limpida e a 100 metri c’e una piccola bar/bistro, anche essa simpaticissima, dal primo caffè la mattina al pesce fresco o carne grigliata di sera. Ma già sola la veranda di casa vale ogni sforzo per arrivare. Regna una pace suprema e vi ricarica la mente e lo spirito con il ritmo delle onde e il graduale cambio della luce sul’orizzonte.

Vacanza rilassante

Posto eccezionale dove in tutta libertà si gode della vita di mare. Il bagno appena svegli, colazione in terrazza, passeggiata in spiaggia, relax, bagni pesca, tramonto spettacolare, un buon libro. Adatto a coppie con non eccessive esigenze di folla e trambusti vari. Proprietari simpatici cosa altro dire.... Siamo stati bene ci siamo riposati dallo stress e dalle fatiche quotidiane in un luogo fantastico e la casa da spiaggia del pescatore è un luogo dove abbiamo trovato tutto questo. Se avete bisogno di quanto descritto lo consigliamo.
