As you awake and open the doors you will be greeted by blue skies and a magical view looking out across the bay to St Tropez. From here it is your choice whether to relax in the private garden, take a soak in the pool, splash in the sea or stroll through the park into the centre of the village. Built on the site of an old mansion in 2006, the tastefully furnished and extraordinarily well equipped villa has everything you could need for the perfect holiday on the French Riviera. Upstairs are two double bedrooms (one with en-suite), a twin bedroom and family bathroom. Downstairs is open plan with generous kitchen (with breakfast bar), dining and lounge areas. Also, a further WC. There is air conditioning and the quality of the accommodation along with the luxurious fittings are sure to make your stay memorable. Outside is a terrace area and private garden

Why they chose this property
The location is perfect the beaches, food, rosé wine relaxation is ideal. I can also walk to the village so don't need to get in a car every time I want to go out!
What makes this property unique
Right on the Beach (just 30 meters) with great sea views and also a short flat walk into the village. You don't need a car every day to shop or go out in the evening which is rare in the South of France. Most other villa's here are very far back & up a steep hill from the beach and you need a car all the time.
Therefore this is great for children & Older people in your travel party.
There are great restaurants, shops etc right in the village by walking just five minutes..
