Arcs 1800: Superb 8-person apartment in the new luxury residence L’Ecrin, in the heart of the Village des Villards, at the foot of the slopes, the Kindergarten and the ESF within 50m.

We have created a cocoon in a chalet spirit, parquet on the floor and wood on the wall:
a warm stay with a beautiful dining area (round table for 4 to 6 people, or extendable for 8 people), a comfortable living room with terrace overlooking the Pierra Menta and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is new!

3 large bedrooms, all fitted with built-in closet.
Bedroom 1: 160cm bed facing a large picture window overlooking a beautiful wooden terrace with valley view (Pierra Menta)
+ shower room, heated towel rail and wc.
Bedroom 2: bed 2 x 80cm (or joined in 160cm as needed)
Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds or 4 beds
1 bathroom with bathtub, heated towel rail and washer / dryer
+ 1 separate WC.

In this beautiful wooden and stone residence, located at the entrance to the village of Villards, next to the Nova, you have direct access to the ESF and the ski lifts, as well as to the Mille8 swimming pool. The shops are also in the immediate vicinity.
In addition, the residence is equipped with ski lockers and a wellness area (sauna, hammam and fitness room - access subject to availability)

A gem in Les Arcs

A great property we would hire again - very close to the pistes and shops and restaurant - very well equipped only thing missing was a microwave. Very good communication from the manager and owner I would highly recommend for a holiday

Wonderful accommodation. Well equipped for 5 adults. Great views and wonderful location to access slopes quickly. Great host Sandrine gave us loads of help and advice on parking and ski hire. A great communicator. Karim welcomed us into the flat and was on hand to help with anything we asked of him. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Nous avons passés un magnifique séjour, l'appartement offre beaucoup de confort pour passer des moments conviviaux ! la vue sur la montagne est juste sublime, tout cela aux pieds des pistes et des commerces, rien à redire, allez y les yeux fermés.

Great Apartment in great location

Lovely apartment with plenty of room for us ( 4 adults and 1 child). Location was excellent with less then 5 minutes walk to the slopes and ski lifts. Boot room was clean and having the access to sauna on site was also great after a days skiing.. Would happily stay there again.

Apparemment très bien situé

Appartement fonctionnel et très joliment décoré disposant d’une vue à couper le souffle. La résidence est particulièrement bien située ce qui est un vrai plus (activités, commerces…). Je relouerai sans hésiter cet appartement.

Appartement idéalement placé et très chaleureux

Nous avons passé la semaine du réveillon de Noël en famille aux Arcs 1800 et avons été ravis du séjour passé dans cet appartement. Nous connaissons bien la station et avons découvert cette nouvelle résidence extrêmement bien placée aux Villards, avec l'ESF et Vagère juste à côté. Le local à skis est très pratique et la salle de sport avec vue sur la montagne très sympa pour l'après-ski ! Grâce à sa décoration, l'appartement est très chaleureux et donne l'impression de vivre dans un chalet. En famille, il est très pratique grâce à ses trois chambres dont l'une avec des lits superposés, idéal pour les enfants, et ses deux salles de bain... Il est certain que nous reviendrons !
