This was our third stay at this wonderful apartment and will hopefully not be our last. Has everything you could want for a short stay in the center of Rome.
We loved this apartment! Stayed for a week with our family of four, it was the perfect spot from which to explore the city. We also took full advantage of the amazing rooftop patio! The host was super supportive and communicative. Highly recommended!
This could not have been better situated for my vacation with my young adult son. We are big on walking, eating, and cultural exploration and the location was perfect for that. The apartment was lovely and quiet, adequately spacious (especially the roof terrace!), and private enough despite using the living room as a second bedroom (having separate bathrooms was a bonus for sure). Great light, beautiful building. Andrea was very kind and responsive, as were the airport shuttle drivers they arranged for us.
Great apartment right in Campo De Fiori. I didn’t know what that was until we got there but a square surrounded by great restaurants and merchants in the center from 7-2 each day selling items. It was amazing to watch the set up and breakdown each day. The apartment was super cute and all we needed. The outdoor patio was awesome. Amazingly quiet knowing the hustle and bustle downstairs. Great location to many of the highlights of Rome.
The worst experience I have ever had in any place I have ever stayed. There was black mold everywhere and both my wife and I got very sick from it. They did absolutely nothing and didn't even come look at it after we reported it to them and also VRBO. DO NOT under any circumstance stay at this place.
Excellent location, close to all the important places people come to Italy to see! Lively, fun market right outside the place. Splendid pastry shops just outside the door. Terrace was a great place for happy hour! But.... the bathrooms were not great. The bathroom attached to the primary bedroom was the one we used most often. Lots of mold in the shower. If only it had been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. Just scrub it with bleach and a toothbrush already!!! The second bath was fine just very tiny and so water seeped over the floor while showering. We enjoyed our stay just not as clean or nicely appointed as some other places we've stayed.

The balcony is lovely (although no lounger as pictured) and the location is great generally with the bonus of a busy daily market downstairs in the square. This becomes a lively social space filled with busy restaurants in the evenings yet leaves the top floor apartment peacefully quiet. The apartment itself isn't as big as I'd imagined from the photos. Basically two rooms that would would be tight for 4 people, a bedroom and a sofa bed in the other room- the kitchen/dining area, The kitchen however is well equipped. The main bathroom is ok and there is a separate shower room (no sink or loo, just shower) with the water pressure from both is quite poor. Cleanliness was good in my view.Experience with i-homes similarly a bit mixed. They should certainly provide better location and contact info as the address provided drops you in the square without knowing where to head to - unnecessarily slightly stressful until the agent shows up, After that check in was good and the guy was very helpful, One other gripe was that the wifi went down 3 days before I left and despite them responding to a taxi request there was no response to the wifi. Overall not bad with the balcony and being in Rome making it just about worth it!
Great Location with Nice Terrace, but Room for Improvement
The location of the apartment is definitely a highlight, very central, making it easy to explore Rome on foot. The rooftop terrace is also a nice feature, although it’s rather sparsely furnished. The sun daybeds shown in the listing were unfortunately not there – just a table and a small lounge corner. The apartment has clearly been modernized, but overall it feels quite basic. The kitchen and living area are fine, but very simply furnished, and the kitchen equipment (cutlery, dishes, etc.) is quite minimal. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable.Unfortunately, there were a few issues: the water in the shower and bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, and the washing machine was broken and couldn’t be used. Overall, the stay was okay, but considering the relatively high price per night, we expected more. The apartment doesn’t feel particularly cozy or well-designed – more like the bare essentials – and the photos in the listing are somewhat misleading.

Posizione ottimale per spostarsi, bella la terrazza. Servizi vicini e comodi
I stayed here with my wife on our honeymoon, and it was wonderful. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The location was amazing, we didn't take a single taxi/uber the whole week we were there. The kitchen was serviceable, we made a nice dinner with it one night. The terrace area was great -- a little harder to enjoy when it is over 100 degrees fahrenheit though!
We would happily stay here again.

Disappointing
Insufficient amenities were provided in this apartment, 2 decent wineglasses, everything else was thimble sized, no tumblers, impossible to invite friends for drinks, nothing to put them in! There were no tea towels - no cereal bowls - nothing in the bathrooms except toilet paper, the linen was extremely tired, the bedspread was stained. The roof top terrace was lovely but extremely neglected, very few cushions to make yourself comfortable, this apartment has virtually no furniture. No coffee table, one sofa, a small table and 4 chairs, quite frankly we were guests for a month and paid serious money, it was simply not good enough. Great location, with some thought, attention and a modest budget for improvements it could be so much better!
This apartment is in a perfect spot in Rome. We loved our evening cocktails on the terrace overlooking Campo de' Fiori. It had everything we were looking for: A/C, washing machine, elevator and terrace. As is standard in Europe, there is no dryer, but there is a big drying rack up on the terrace. You do need to provide your own detergent. There is plenty of great food, shopping and night life right outside the door within walking distance. If you do take a cab, they drop off right next to the apartment and all the cab drivers know exactly where Campo de' Fiori is located, so no need to memorize your address! Thanks for a great stay. I would stay here again.
Andrea the owner of the property was awesome to work with and since we arrived early from tuscany, he allowed us to check our luggage prior to “check in”. The area is very central to many attractions and the outside, upstairs terrace was incredible.

Erinomainen kokemus, suosittelen.
Ihana asunto! Sijainti keskellä kaikkea eli yleisiä kulkuneuvoja ei Roomassa juurikaan tarvittu.
Kaikki toimi, miten oltiin sovittu; suosittelen lämpimästi!
We stayed for 8 days at the apartment. Communications were excellent; Lele and Andrea helped arrange transport from the airport, answered questions about the area, met us on arrival and explained the apartment to us. Amenities were as described. The elevator was great for initially bringing up bags and anytime we went shopping. The AC was a blessing in July, the laundry washer had no issues, the fridge and freezer worked fine. We didn’t do any really cooking but the kitchen area was suitable for some light meal preparation if desired. The beds were comfortable. The terrace was amazing! Overlooking Campo di Fiori, it gave us an excellent view of the area. The noise level was fine, especially considering the crowds that would show up in the square. Many big historic places were a short walk (1km and most of the times much less) away. The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, the Vacatian, Spainish Steps, all very close. There are many restaurants within 100m or less from the apartment in the square. Everything we needed was right nearby (chemist, grocery, etc) and it made the trip almost completely hassle free. I’ve already recommended this apartment to several coworkers that will be visiting Rome and we will be renting it again next year when we go back.

Great location and awesome views from the terrace
This apartment is in a great location. 20 minutes or less walk to most of the major sights. A farmer's market every morning right at your door step and many local cafes and restaurants in the piazza below. The terrace really makes it as it adds so much more space and the views at night of the city are spectacular. A family of four (with 2 big teenage boys) stayed here very comfortably for 4 nights. A/C works great, which is essential in the hot summer months. Andre was there to meet us and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment and can't wait to go back.

Great location, accommodating hosts, good communication
Stayed 2 nights in Rome in this place and it worked out well. They were able to accept us earlier than the check in time which was quite nice considering we had all of our luggage and no place to go. The place itself is in Camp de Fiori which is a market by day and night life and restaurants by night. Easy walking (20 mins or less) distance to Pantheon, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Coliseum, Vatican, Piazza Navona, etc... Visible from terrace is St Peter’s Basilica, Pantheon and countless other beautiful churches towering over the skyline.
Recommended across the board

Splendid terrace apartment in a perfect spot of Rome
Very impressive terrace and comfortoble apartment right above Campo de’ Fiori. One can hear pleasant buzz of the square when sitting on the terrace, but it is very quiet in the apartment. Well equipped, with all essentials. Comfortable for 4 people. Very good reception by hosts. Bakery next door, food market and local food stores in the same square. I’d like to come back.
