Composed of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. In the summer the possibility of using a large private green area. The tranquility of the fraction where the property is located will allow you to enjoy complete relaxation. The geographical position of the country, within the "plaine" of the Valley, allows easy transfers to the main tourist resorts of our region (Pila, Courmayeur, La Thule, Cogne, Cervinia, Ayas etc.).
The property offers guests two covered parking spaces (available on site without reservation) and the proximity to public transport (150 meters) will allow you to visit the nearby city of Aosta without having to move in the car even in case of adverse weather conditions.
Inside the village, about 200 meters from the property, you will find a well-stocked grocery store, a butcher's, a pharmacy and a hairdresser (man / woman). Shopping center about 3 km.
