At the heart of the Chalet-Sixtine, a family team. Marc and his wife Anne based in Annecy, his sister Laurence and her husband Thierry living in Asia, have made their childhood dream come true ! Seduced by the authentic and warm charm of the chalet, by its unique size, the four of them fell in love with this large and cosy nest, ideal for bringing together their six children, Sterenn & Salome and Aubin, Philippine, Leonore & Marguerite, as well as their families and friends, during large winter or summer gatherings in Haute-Savoie.
Why they chose this property
This entirely restored alpine farmhouse dating from the beginning of the 20th century is nestled in the mountainous setting of the Aravis massif, in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, very close to the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, two renown ski locations packed with activities for all ages. The perfect place for a total change of scenery in the middle of nature, 50km from Geneva airport and 30km from Annecy station.
