Steps from shops, historic Calle Ocho, cigar stores, domino park, restaurants, businesses, live music. It sleeps comfortably 6 people: 2 queen size beds and 1 comfortable queen sofa bed. In the backward, you have a retreat in the city with a wooden deck, swing chair, lounge chairs. It also has a coin laundry with 2 washers & driers

The a/c broke late on a friday night, was fixed sunday afternoon and broke again sunday night. N

Would not ever rent again. Spoke to the manager on sat about having cero air conditioning cause it broke late and we were extremely tired) and they tried to fix it from there on. Ended up staying at hotels 3 nights cause on sunday afternoon it was fixed… for 2 hours only. Manager offered (anf did sent) a refund for two of those 3 days, not recognizing the issue besides having being said by the phone and knowing it was cause by an electrical failure of the full building. So, bad management and communication if you ask me. I spent the money on rent, plus 3 days hotel for us. Yes the refund happened but partially and does not seem like the right thing to do with your guests.

Authentic cozy little Havana apartment

Maria was super polite and flexible. The location was perfect. Was clean, neat and ready for our family. Only downfall is that i didn't realize it was a bottom floor unit and the people upstairs were moving furniture or something late at night. However very good amenities, and great property manager.
