We call the view from this house "A Living Canvas". The views are always spectacular & changing. 2500 SQ ft home overlooking Lake Cuyamaca & w/ a view to the Pacific Ocean. Fishing, boating & hiking trails close by. Visit downtown Julian w/ amazing restaurants & shops. Exclusively Quiet & gated. House is spectacular for star gazing w/ nice telescope already up there. no city lights so the sky lights up! Check Youtube by searching 15574 North Peak and see some more examples. House is also listed on Air Bed and Breakfast so the night you want may not be available. Request first please
Check in time is after 3:00PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM.
We do have security cameras outside overlooking the front Driveway

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put trash in black bags and tie shut only and take to front curb trash cans. Any can may be used
Use blue bags if you care to recycle and put into any cans in the front.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, vaping, drugs or parties anywhere on the property or added $350 cleaning / service fee will be charged. We provide coffee drinks.
Price for pets is per pet. Extra pets will be billed sepatately

The home was amazing!! The hosts were so accomadating and made the home SO cute! They got me a little Julian pie as a surprise for my birthday, they had games, karaoke, star gazing, and even a shaved ice machine for us! I loved it and absolutely would recommend staying here!
