This property was fantastic. Million dollar views from the covered porch. It was super clean and check in was quick and easy. Communication with the host was also a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful time!!
This place is great! Extremely clean and communication with property owners is as easy as it gets! Its an easy 3 minute drive to 11 mile reservoir. I highly recommend this place.
Overall the stay was very good. Great location and well stocked. Easy check in. It was very comfortable. The only issue that came up was that we could not use the bbq. Propane wasn't flowing thru the tubes. Only the front lateral tube worked.
The Host made sure everything was great for our stay. The property lays up against the national forest so hikes are right off the kitchen door. If you are wanting a very quiet place to recharge and get away from everyday hustle this is the place to stay at a very reasonable price.
The cabin and location were even better than expected.lots of birds and chipmunks. they eat out of your hand in 2 days getting used to you.Really enjoyed the stay. Kitchen was good stocked and knifes were super sharp. The main road was good. I remember it was in poor shape 3 years ago.Pam, thanks for letting us use the cabin through the VRBO. will be back for a longer stay
What an awesome location and great home for our family vacation. So close to the lake and secluded enough to feel like a trip to a mountain getaway. Highly recommended!
Perfect for what we needed for a getaway with our daughter and son-in-law. Location is great, quiet area. We hiked around the lake, chilled by the fire, grilled, enjoyed a nice relaxing evening. Host is very responsive, Upstairs had everything we needed. Note that the lower unit has a separate entrance ONLY, can't access it without going outside. Our kids thought about staying there, but it was a chilly weekend and there was a second bedroom/bathroom upstairs so we had more space than we needed. Downstairs unit had some dead bugs in the bathroom, not a deal killer, but maybe not used recently. We would stay here again.
This was easily head and shoulders above all the other vrbos we've stayed at. It was clean, had great amenities and was an incredible value. If you love the mountains and want a great basecamp in order to enjoy them, this is it!
Beautiful area with a nice cabin. Close enough to eleven mile for some great fishing. Great views from the deck and plenty of area to explore. Watch out for big foot in the backyard.
Very clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Gorgeous Views and very comfortable. “Off the Beaten Path” so to speak but a lovely spot!
Wife and I had a great time just getting away in the mountains. It snowed two of the days we were there and it was gorgeous. Communication was great and helpful. Would love to come back again in the future.

About the host
Hosted by Corey & Pam Clyncke
Hello,
We are Corey and Pam Clyncke from Wheat Ridge Colorado. Both of us are Colorado natives and understand what it means to have these beautiful mountains as our backyard. We purchased this place to be able to spend as much time as possible in the Rockies and we hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
This property offers everything on our wish list. The proximity to Eleven Mile reservoir is less than a mile and right in Eleven Mile village. Just off of highway 92 makes for easy access to all the attractions in the surrounding area, yet being tucked up a hillside surrounded by the forest creates incredible seclusion.
What makes this property unique
The unique benefit of our home is location, location, location.
