We had such a great stay! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The mountain views were beautiful, and the hot tub was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to unwind and enjoy time together. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway!
The cabin was exactly what we imagined. The host was very helpful with great communication. Loved the hot tub and proximity to all the local attractions. We would definitely rebook!
This house is amazing- plenty of room, great location/easy to get to, clean, fenced in backyard and really responsive hosts. It was a perfect place for our family to stay for a week. Even with small children, we had plenty of space to spread out.
We chose Bear Paw again because it is a great location, well equipped, comfy and plenty of room for our family. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a great place to stay.
This was a well-stocked, clean rental. The location was great as it felt remote, but was only about 5 minutes from town. Lots of space and enjoyable experience.
This was a great location with lots of amenities. The home was thoughtfully laid out and had everything anyone could want. Highly recommend for anyone looking in the area. Thank you so much!
This is our third visit to Bear Paw. As always, had a great time - love Woodland Park and the surrounding area!

Great place to stay!
Wonderful house. Amazing location. We would definitely stay there again.
When we arrived there was a beautiful 10 point buck in the front yard. We also saw many other wild animals during our stay.
The house is very nice and has plenty of room.
Great stay and great location close to Manitou and National Forest. House is extremely comfortable for a small group. Fair warning if you stay in winter you will want 4 wheel drive for the driveway. Its steep but my truck handled it just fine as it was plowed.
Great house, great hosts, beautiful scenery, kids friendly
We had a very pleasant stay at Bear Paw. The house was well equipped, clean and organized. It had lots of toys for the kids, as well as plates, cups and silverware for the little ones. Oh, and the hosts left it all nicely decorated for Christmas! The owners were also very helpful and promptly replied to all the messages we sent. We highly highly recommend the place!

Laura, we are so happy you enjoyed the house. It’s amazing how much wildlife we get just there on the property. We see little baby fawns During the spring and Summer, it sure is a sweet surprise. Come back again!
This place was fantastic and exactly as described. Kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean and tidy. Hot tub was a game changer. We forgot a few things and the property manager was super accommodating in sending our things back. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood and nice clean house!
It was a wooded lot and plenty of room for our kids to roam around. Several deer were in the yard every day. The sun room had a chest full of toys for kids and cabinets had some games to play. We all enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks Derek!

It was an incredible stay... We felt wecomed with the way everything was set up for us. The neighboorhood is great for people who enjoy adventure and serenity. All utilities were available inside the house with much convenience. The house is huge and has more than enough space to enjoy with a group of 7-10 people. The bedrooms are decent and the view from the windows are beautiful. Considering the price rates, the place has more to offer than any hotel or motel.

Perfect Mountain Home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bear Paw Haven! Woodland Park was the perfect alternative to Colorado Springs for our 4th and final USAFA Parent's Weekend. The pictures really do not show the true quality of the furnishings. This home has a rustic feel while providing modern amenities. We like to cook our own meals when possible and this kitchen made that very easy to do. It was well stocked with quality cookware and appliances with plenty of dishes, utensils and common condiments and spices. We enjoyed morning visits from deer, evening visits from Otis the dog and nightly s'mores around the firepit. We ventured out for trout fishing at nearby Manitou Lake, peaceful drives and hikes through Pike National Forest, and white water rafting and zip lining in Royal Gorge. This home is in a picturesque and peaceful neighborhood with convenient access to restaurants and grocery stores. The gravel driveway is steep but our rented Ford Explorer did not have any problems getting up to the top. The one and only issue we did have was quickly acknowledged and rectified. I would definitely recommend this home and would not hesitate to stay there again.
