This was a great place to stay for a family of all ages!

Reflections is a private space with a huge yard. We enjoyed our stay at Guerneville. We were sad to see the River was very low, and not accessible, so we couldn't enjoy the river as much as we wanted.

Beautiful Home

Reflections is a beautiful and well-appointed home. We really enjoyed our stay and the surrounds. The winter rains did mean that we didn't have dock access to the river, but we were able to enjoy it nevertheless.

Very large yard area for toddler and dog to run around. Nice short path down to kayaks on the river. Very large, open space home with patio. Highly recommend.

Great location and space for a family reunion

Stayed at this property for a week over Christmas holidays Our grown children, their spouses and dogs all came for several days and it was a great space for six people. Kitchen is fabulous for cooking and entertaining. Really nice outdoor space, which we were lucky to use when the weather was clear. Even had deer in the back yard! Had a few housekeeping issues when we arrived but management company was very quick to remedy it.

2024 Thanksgiving Visit

We have been here many times and enjoyed the house and property. Lots of room to spread out with views. Suggestions: extend wifi to back bedroom, it is very spotty. Weather strip back bedroom door, drafty and needs its own space heater. Caulking in back shower is black. Sink faucet is leaking again. Need more and newer coffee cups, we always run out and there is one with a crack. Get the fireplace working. We bring our small dog with us and fixed the front gate with rope to close the gaps to the street. Thank you for letting us stay there 6 times, will come back.

The location and access to the Russian River is what makes this place great! The house was pretty good but issues like broken garbage can, broken patio umbrella, and incomplete house info were a few of the hiccups we encountered. The kitchen was fully stocked and made meal prep smooth. It would have been nice for kayaks to already be in the water - huge effort to get in and out of the river. Communication was great leading up to our rental but during the stay tried to get in touch several times with no response.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is very spacious. There is a giant front and back yard for outdoor games including horseshoes. The hot tub is very hot and incredible. We were there before the river dock was up for the summer but could still get into the water and swim easily. Overall it was a wonderful trip and we would definitely come back!
