The Russian River is your backyard—literally! Reflections is a dog-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bath riverfront Guerneville retreat for 8 with a private hot tub, huge backyard, elevated river-view deck, gas fire table, and outdoor dining. Spend your days exploring the river, redwoods, and Sonoma Wine Country, then come home for BBQ, sunset views, and a soak by the water. Perfect for families, friends, couples traveling together, girls’ getaways, dog lovers, and river lovers.

Step outside for a BBQ and outdoor dining overlooking the river, with the backyard just beyond.

The primary bedroom includes its own private ensuite bathroom, creating added convenience and privacy for families and groups.

The huge riverfront backyard is the heart of Reflections. Start the morning with coffee overlooking the water, relax on the elevated river-view deck, play a round of horseshoes, or settle into the private hot tub after a day exploring.
Fire up the gas BBQ for dinner outside, then gather around the gas fire table beneath the redwoods as evening settles over the Russian River.


SEASONAL DOCK & RIVER ACCESS
Reflections is a true riverfront property.
A private dock is installed seasonally and provides direct Russian River access when water conditions allow. The dock is typically removed around early September when seasonal dams are taken out by the State, but there is no firm removal date.
Dock availability, river access, swimming, kayaking, floating, and other water activities depend on seasonal water levels and river conditions.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is not fenced.
Dogs must be quietly crated if left unattended.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
