Experience the vacation of your dreams and discover the beauty and splendor of the Gulf Coast when you stay in our 3 bedroom Tidewater unit in sunny Orange Beach, Alabama! This 3 bedroom, 6th floor condo boasts an open concept layout, updated furnishings, electronics and appliances, and awe-inspiring views of the magnificent Gulf of Mexico!


Please note: Tidewater is undergoing exterior and balcony renovation improvements. Here is what to expect:

• Timeline: 9/16/2026 - 1/1/2027, schedule and weather permitting
• Balcony closures will take place and furniture will be brought into the unit. Schedules are available, but subject to change.
• Outdoor pool closure will take place during colder months, but INDOOR POOL is NOT affected by this work.
• Noise is expected with this project that will be extensive at times such as drilling and grinding.

Please remain up-to-date for any changes.


The beachfront balcony offers ample seating, where you can spend the morning savoring your coffee while the sun rises over the Gulf, or enjoy a moonlit al fresco dinner under the stars while the soothing sights and sounds of the sea relax your senses and transport you into a state of complete tranquility!

With premium mattresses, luxurious bedding and high thread count linens throughout, you'll definitely catch some serious z's during your rejuvenating beach retreat! The master and second bedrooms each feature comfy king beds, and the third hosts two twins, and with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room this unit accommodates up to 8 comfortably!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals, but if you prefer a break from cooking there are a variety of delectable dining options nearby to choose from! Additional unit features include high speed wifi, a full washer and dryer, beachfront balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom, oversized 100% cotton

Great Getaway!

We had such a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and had a fantastic view. The master bath was a little cramped but the shower was incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

One of my favorite condominiums. Building is just the right size. Not too big. Plenty of amenities and common areas are well-maintained. Nice beach access. Great location on Perdido Key.

Nice details!

We really enjoyed our time at this property! Aside the construction next door that we were aware of, our stay was very peaceful!! The beach view was beautiful and the property was very clean with attention to luxury details! The kitchen has a separate ice maker and the master shower is second to none!!

Our condo was very clean and well equipped and location was good. Parking was much better than some condos and the balcony was great. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were rather small and furnishings in living room need to be updated. All in all, a good trip.

Family Christmas Vacation

It would be a perfect condo for vacation if furniture was updated! The living room furniture was worn out needs leather instead of cloth! The view was excellent! More than enough dishes, pots and pans! The condo roomy for a family of 5!

Nice unit and everything was fine-just a lot of worn out stuff and it needs a good deep clean. Property management company was great to dealwith-they were scheduling service as soon as we departed. The furniture is worn out-but it’s still a good spot

Great place

Condo was great. Perfect location with easy access to everything from restaurants to shopping. Only negatives were you will have to buy everything if you plan on cooking. There wasn’t even any salt or pepper. And you have to take quick showers because the hot water ran out quickly. Definitely can’t have multiple showers going at once. Other than those minor issues, it’s a great place!

Love the Beach!

Overall we had a great stay, but the unit was smaller than we anticipated and the entire building is very run down and needs major upkeep. We couldn’t even see out our windows due to the seal being broken. The mattresses were outdated and the entryway door was really unkept and not welcoming.

Beach vacay

We stayed at the Tidewater for a week. The pictures are correct and it looks just like them. The unit itself is clean and the beds are comfortable. It is smaller than expected. The condo building is old and not the nicest. The elevator works some of the time. I had 80 year old parents with us and they got stuck upstairs for half the day when both elevators were broken. One of the tenants told us that was a common occurrence. The management company told us it was not. There are newer and nicer condos with better pools and cleaner beaches. Will not stay here again. My in laws stayed in Perdido Key at the Eden. We ended up going to their property most of the time. They paid less as well. Live and learn.
