About this property

Relax at the Lake Side Retreat

Lake Side Retreat is a beautiful and well appointed cabin on Lake Buckhorn. Perfectly located between Ellijay and Blue Ridge.

This wonderful home has 3 levels. Main level contains Bedroom 1, guest bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with wood burning fire place. The upper level has the master suite/bath with private deck and the loft area with a trundle day bed. Head down below the main level via the exterior steps and you find the lower family room which contains a sofa with a coffee table and seating. This room contains a large smart tv and a mix of board games.

The home has brand new smart TV’s in each bedroom, living area and family room. This allows you to login to your favorite Apps and/or accounts for your viewing pleasure.

But why watch the TV when you can sit by the lake, read a book, go for a paddle, fish for bass and walk the neighborhood trails.
We offer a canoe and a stand up paddle board for your use.

Then head out to
explore the nearby towns for the festivals, wineries and orchards.
Return home to relax in the LakeSide Retreat and soak under the stars in the hot tub.

If adventure seeking is your thing... we have plenty of options. From tubing the nearby rivers, hiking the numerous trails, mountain biking, road cycling, motorcycling, fishing and hiking.

If you are looking for that perfect place to relax, enjoy and play.....you found it!

**Special Notes:
1. The home has 3 levels with exterior decks/patios. This home requires climbing interior stairs as well as exterior steps to access the hot tub area and lake side.
2. Your are in a natural wooded location with the potential of wild animal interactions (deer, turkey, black bear...)
3. The exterior surroundings are dark at night. There are some exterior landscape lights to help light up some of the areas.
4. For extended stays over 5nights please inquire about special garbage and/or cleaning details. Please inquire if this pertains to your reservation.
