Sitting right on the edge of the Sea of Cortez in San Felipe, just steps from the white sandy beaches and the gently rolling waves, is this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5  bathroom luxury vacation rental condo. This spacious condo is located in the popular El Dorado Ranch resort of San Felipe. It is just minutes from local restaurants, shopping boutiques, and popular tourist attractions. From here, you're just a short drive to El Malecon, and close to the town's fishing spots, and popular nightlife venues. Are you a golfer?  You're in luck as there is the onsite Las Caras de Mexico 18-hole golf course.  Guests who stay in this home have exclusive access to the community's refreshing resort-style pool, tennis courts, and even get discounts at the local golf courses. 

While there are many ways to enter the home, such as through the second-story front entryway, most guests enter through the side entrance. Entering the house this way gives you two options: You can take a staircase down to the main living areas or up to the top level. Going down from the front entranceway takes you immediately into the spacious living area. This room is complete with wraparound leather furniture and large windows that let plenty of natural light come through. Set together as a family and binge-watch your favorite shows on Netfix or host a family movie night on the flat-screen TV.

There are two bedrooms set directly off of this main living room. The first bedroom features a Queen size bed, vintage-inspired dresser and French doors that lead out to the private patio. There is a second bedroom adjacent to this one, which also has a Queen-size bed. A bright red wall adds a pop of color to this room, and the beautiful wooden headboard serves as the focal point of the room. Both bedrooms feature high-end mattresses and name brand linens. Right next to these two bedrooms is a beautiful bathroom. This tranquil area features a toilet, shower/tub combo with sliding glass doors, and a separate section with elegant vanity and double sinks.

This room provides sleeping accommodations for 6, but the house can accommodate up to 8 people. Bring an air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements for two extra guests. 

From the entranceway, if you take the short staircase up to the top level, you will find a balcony that overlooks the main living area. To the left of the staircase is the master bedroom. This beautiful and spacious bedroom features a King-size bed with dark cherry wood features, French doors leading out to a private balcony, and a private bathroom. This ensuite bathroom has a beautiful modern shower enclosed in glass, along with an elegant and deep garden tub with chrome fixtures. The bathroom is nestled under a large window, allowing for ultimate relaxation with breathtaking views. The bathroom also features a wall-mounted mirror and his and her sinks.

A half bathroom is also located on this floor. As you explore the top-level further, you will find the gourmet kitchen. This fully-equipped kitchen features an impressive center island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The chef of the family can use all of the modern appliances to cook their family's favorite meals at home. A quiet dishwasher and double sinks make cleaning up after dinner a breeze, while the granite countertops and upgraded finishes give the kitchen a luxurious feel. The custom dark wood cabinets provide plenty of room to store all of your family's favorite groceries and snacks, and a coffee maker is available for your convenience.

The open concept floor plan of this home allows each room to flow effortlessly into the next. This kitchen overlooks another spacious living area, complete with a plush sofa and matching loveseat, modern light fixtures, and an authentic Mexican fireplace. To the left of the kitchen is a formal dining area. This space features a large circular dining room table and seating for 6. Serve dinner family-style here, or use the space to play a game of cards.
 
A door leads from this formal dining area out to the impressive private balcony. This gorgeous wraparound terrace offers breathtaking views of the water, while providing guests plenty of places to sit and relax. Outdoor patio furniture gives guests space to enjoy dinner with a view. From this expansive terrace, you have panoramic views of the water, the mountains in the distance, and the palm tree-lined road that runs in between the house and the beach.
 
Not only does this house give guests everything they need for a luxurious Mexican beachfront vacation, but it also gives them access to all of the resort-style amenities available in El Dorado Ranch San Felipe. From this home, guests are just a short walk from the sparkling community pool and other community amenities.

One towel per guest provided.  Please bring your beach  towels and pool towels

Maximum occupancy is 8, however, sleeping only provided for 6 guests.  Bring an airbed and 2 more guests can be accommodated.  Maximum occupancy includes adults and children. 

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

Rental comes with 6 Adult Pool Passes only. Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

Check-in after 8PM is $25 extra.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  
- 8 BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
- It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
- Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant
