Coast@Culburra - newly renovated - luxurious beachfront house with spa

Enjoy fabulous bush and beach views from this generously proportioned Award winning house set at the end of The Bowery right on the beach.

The house has recently been renovated and has quality inclusions.

The house follows the contours of the dune over three levels.
Facing the beach the top level has expansive dining and living areas flowing onto a sandstone terrace and lawn overlooking the beach. The deck on this level houses the spa, barbecue and outdoor eating area.

The kitchen is well equipped and the large open plan dining and main living areas are tastefully furnished.

The main bedroom/parents' retreat (king size bed) has its own separate deck and a luxurious ensuite. On level two are two bedrooms, (one king bed and the other two twin single beds) alongside a bathroom, separate toilet and spacious TV and family room.

On the lower level are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. A hot outdoor shower is great for washing off after a trip to the beach.

You can watch your friends surfing or fishing directly in front of the house or enjoy the abundant birdlife at your doorstep.
Quality appliances include Coffee making machine and grinder, large flatscreen TV in TV room, Bose sound system, free Wi-Fi.

This house is perfect for families, intergenerational family groups or couples.

ADDITIONAL per person per night charges may be waived in peak periods when the base rate is higher. CONTACT OWNER to discuss.

Great position right on the beach with sweeping views
The property is situated at the top of the hind dune right on Culburra surf beach at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and next to a bush reserve.

The property has sweeping views from the ocean to the east over the beach, north to Crookhaven Heads and then on over the hinterland to the escarpment in the west. Be lulled by the sound of the waves whilst sleeping or relaxing outdoors - a perfect family holiday or romantic getaway just 2 1/2 hours drive from Sydney.

This was our second stay at this stunning award winning architectural beach front property. The house has everything you could possibly want for a very relaxing getaway. The entire property is extremely well appointed with quality furnishings and extras including a media room and hot tub. The extra is that it is puppy friendly - a real bonus for dog lovers. Our two small dogs loved running around on the expansive lawns and smelling the sea breeze!

Coast@culburra was perfect. Fantastic hosts, luxury accommodation. Fully equipped chefs kitchen with high end and high tech finishes throughout. Quality beds, pillows, linen. Family games, books, dvd’s, streaming on quality entertainment systems.Walk straight out the front yard to the dog friendly beach. Secure yard, top end Weber bbq, 6 person spa.Stayed with family of 4 and 2 fur babies. Would return in a heart beat. Highly recommended.

The home and location was beautiful. Furthermore when we found the coffee machine not working we contacted owners who went above and beyond. They immediately ordered a brand new high end machine and had it delivered the next morning- amazing!! We loved our stay - Thankyou. Highly recommended

We loved our family stay . The house is absolutely stunning, everything you could possibly need is supplied and then some. A huge plus for me is the fact that there is ample lounge and dinning seating for all guests, which often isn’t the case for houses that sleep 10-12 people. The view over the ocean is to die for. Would definitely love to stay again
