About this property

2 minute walk to beautiful Middleton surf beach

Features open plan living/dining and two spacious bedrooms -
Well equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, TV, DVD player, iron, barbecue
- large, secure covered outdoor entertaining and fully enclosed back yard .... ideal for small children or the family dog.
The main house has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Extra people can be accommodated in the detached bunkhouse by arrangement. The bunkhouse has 2 bunk beds (one double bed and 3 single beds) .... great for the kids!
2 minute walk to surf beach
Guests are required to supply their own sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
All beds have doonas and pillows.
If it is not possible to supply your own linen, it can be hired through Victor Linen Service. Check their website for details.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. No claim will be made on your $300 bond if the house is left clean, tidy and undamaged ready for the next guests, otherwise a cleaning fee will be deducted.

We had a lovely stay with our pooch. Great secure yard and undercover outdoor area that was great for having friends stop in for lunch. Didnt have the best weather for the beach but the surroundings were relaxing and quiet and we could watch the new years fireworks from the beachfront. I didnt see the property before the renovations but everything was comfortable and well presented. :)

I enjoy sharing our comfortable beach house with our many lovely guests who seem to enjoy staying and keep coming back.

Why they chose this property

Surfer's Retreat is a very cosy, comfortable beach house.
We manage to keep the rental costs to a minimum by asking guests to provide their own sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. If you are unable to provide your own linen, you can arrange to hire it through Victor Linen who have a delivery and pick up service. Also, we do not charge a cleaning fee but allow guests to save even more by agreeing to leave the house clean and tidy ready for the next guests.
We are also dog friendly on the condition that there are no traces of dog hair or odours as not all of our guests are dog lovers and we have had some complaints in the past. There is a secure back garden as well as a lock-up outdoor entertaining area which are both ideal if you need to go out and leave the dog unattended.

What makes this property unique

Surfers Retreat is ideal for individuals, couples or families with two queen bedrooms in the main house and a separate bunkhouse with two bunk beds, one with a double bed on the bottom. Families with teenagers love it!
Just a short two minute walk to the popular Middleton Surf beach and a short drive to Goolwa, Victor Harbor and Port Elliott with numerous cafes, galleries, etc
