The apartment is located on the ground floor, in a quiet joint ownership. The shaded terrace overlooks a large gravel and tree-lined interior courtyard (former cloister)

A car is not essential: the beaches are a 5-minute walk away, the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, the city center and the Forville market are a 10-minute walk away, the train station is a 15-minute walk away, an LP supermarket is located 20 meters.
