Adjacent to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park and National Park. Rejuvenate in your private paradise. Unique tropical Balinese design 3 bedroom Villa (upper level) includes lap pool, expansive decks, courtyard and 2 bathrooms with a spa bath. All bedrooms either have island or rainforest views. Relax by the pool or whale watch from the deck during winter the choices are endless. From this serene location you can enjoy the expansive views (without the busy harbour noise) or be intrigued by the amazing wildlife that surrounds you. It’s a bird lovers paradise too. Take a short walk via a rainforest track beside the Villa to Coral Beach. Shute Harbour Jetty (Island transfers and tours) and the Jetty Café are only a 7 min walk away. Being just 10 min drive to Airlie Beach you have the best of both worlds.

Absolutely wonderful stay

To say my husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property is an understatement. The property was clean and the location was unbeatable. Jacinta was a breeze to deal with and accomodated our every need. The photos do not do this place justice. We will definitely be back.

Excellent property in a gorgeous location

I can't say enough good things about this property! It was beautifully maintained, well-stocked, very comfortable. As one can tell from the photos, it is in a beautiful and peaceful location. Jacinta was a wonderful resource for things to do and see. She was easy to work with, as an owner, and very organized, making it so much easier to plan other details. 50th Wedding Anniversary

The property lived up to the description and photos on the Stayz website. My wife and loved the location and property amenities. Views from the deck quite stunning. Jacinta was always helpful and efficient. It helped make our two weeks memorable.

Magical visit

We are a family of four, first time visiting Australia from the US. Our stay at Malekula Beach House was magical! The view from the back deck is stunning - and we enjoyed frequent visits from Kookaburras and Cockatoos. At night the stars fill the sky. The house is well appointed and comfortable. We appreciated the peaceful, quiet solitude of what we called "the Tree House". When we wanted more excitement, Airlie Beach was just a quick drive away. The house was exactly what we were looking for!

Exceptional Vacay

Beautiful house in a great quiet location with breathtaking views of the Whitsundays passage. Close the Airlie main centre. Well equipped for the family holiday. Kids loved the pool. Highly recommend.

Just as promised - picture perfect!

I think it's fair to say we'll struggle to ever find a holiday rental with a view as amazing as this, postcard views all day! My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and loved every minute of it. About 15 mins outside of Airlie Beach, it was the perfect property to just relax and unwind. We spent most of our time in the pool doing absolutely nothing and watching a movie at night. Wifi was excellent and the smart TV gave us plenty of viewing options when we just wanted to enjoy some entertainment. I'd encourage visitors to hire a car to help them get around as there isn't much available shops or restaurant wise around the house. Thanks Jacinta for being an amazing host - great communication all the time. Your property is beautiful and a real find.

Magnificent Views

This was an amazing place to stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. Very clean and tidy. Our Host Jacinta was friendly and a wealth of information. The pool was amazing to beat the summer heat in North Qld. Did I mention The View ;)

Very tranquil & such Beautiful views

We had such a lovely holiday at Maleuka. The property is Perfect for a family. Plenty of room to spread out. The view from the the front deck is so beautiful and even more so with the morning sunrise over the mountains & water. Highly recommended. Jacinta was very easy to communicate with. The boys also caught fish with a local fishing carter, and also managed to catch fish each time they took the dingy out. The bush walks to the beach are also very accessible and not far from the house. Thanks again Jacinta. We will definately be back. 😁

Perfect family vacation home

Our family loved our stay at this property! It is perfect for families. It’s open and spacious and architecturally beautiful. But it’s not fussy so you won’t be worried about kids being kids. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals and then enjoy them on the back deck. Oh that view! Stunning! The pool is really lovely too. Unfortunately we had cool weather so didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have hoped. Maybe next time, as we would definitely return to this property. Thank you to Jacinta, who was so thoughtful sending us recommendations for things to do when the weather wasn’t cooperating. Highly recommend!

Stunning location

A beautiful property with Plenty of character Overlooking Whitsundays. Closest to Coral Beach , Conway National Park walking trails. House has everything you need away from the hustle and bustle but less than 10 mins drive . Didn’t want to leave .

Great House, Beautiful View

Jacinta, the property owner was amazing. She was very nice, always responsive very quickly, and genuinely wanted to make our stay as good as possible. The house is beautiful. Spacious, well laid out, and comes with linens, towels, washing machine, and all the kitchen amenities you need. The pool was perfect for our two kids (10 & 12). The view from the large balcony was perfect, and great for an outdoor hangout or meal. Jacinta also knows the area and was knowledgeable about the local tours. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone. It’s about 10 minutes from Airlie Beach, has walking paths very close, and an IGA less than 10 minutes away.

Great view, perfect for a group

House was large and spacious although we only had a smaller group It would suit a large family or group of friends well. Communication and checkin/out process with Jacinta was very easy and efficient. Jacinta is prompt in responding to email/text and made the whole process very easy. Only small critique would be that the pool wasn’t very clean on arrival however all the recent rain may have impacted the chemical balances. Otherwise very lovely house to stay would recommend to other travellers.

Frog alarm

Apart from enormous frog noise at night and far too many notices put up all over the house which did not give you a welcoming feeling the place was nice, had a bit of character to it and was nicely located! We enjoyed our stay nevertheless!

Yes North Queensland in summer, particularly with all the rain you had, can deliver a cacophony of sounds particularly coming from the National Park which we border. Sadly, following damage by some guests particularly to the bifold doors, we ordered signs and when delivered they were quite different to what we had ordered! They are being redone for us. magnificent view, next to national park

very quiet, great view towards Hamilton Island at a distance, 10 min drive to Town center, 2 min drive to Shute Harbour, ideal spot if you don't want to be right where the crowds are. House is very big, everything works well, beds are comfortable. The host is very helpful and interested. We had a great stay.

Views

The views from the deck were stunning - rainforest on one side and islands on the other. The lap pool on the deck was still warm enough to use in July. Sailing the Whitsundays was a highlight - don't miss the opportunity to snorkel and to swim at Whitehaven beach.

A retreat without staying at a resort

This home is like being at a retreat it is so relaxing and was just what we were looking for in our holiday. The view from the moment we arrived was just stunning and were quite happy to spend lots of time at the house each day enjoying the balcony, whilst taking in the view over the bay. With our Border Collie in tow, we were grateful for being able to bring him away on holiday with us with the home having everything you need, from bedding to kitchen utensils. The location is quiet and serene and very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again.
