Just 8 miles from Disney World and a short drive to Universal Studios, Legoland, Sea World, Aquatica, Margaritaville, City Walk, Disney Springs, Discovery Cove, and loads more attractions.
Great shopping at nearby Posner Park (5 miles) and the Outlet Malls on Hwy 4, and loads of awesome Restaurants close by.

In the plaza beside the resort there is a Publix Grocery Store, Applebee's Resturant, Pizza Parlour, British Pub, Bank, ATM, Drugstore, Gas Station, Starbucks, Twisty Treat Ice Cream, Giovanni's Italian Restaurant, Jersey Mike's and more. Walmart is 3 miles away. Lots of nearby shopping and dining just minutes away as well. Golf is a 4 minute drive to Highlands Reserve (across the street).

Our location is ideal. We are centrally located to all area attractions and shopping. Coastal Beaches on both sides are a short drive (1hr,25m). There is so much to do that you will have to come back to experience it all!

The pool facilities were wonderful. My kids had a blast. The property was mostly clean. We had an issue with a mystery brown smudge on a duvet and it was a little dusty overall. One day after coming back from the pool a stranger was in our unit without notice claiming to be the property manager. After phoning the property owner we were able to confirm it was indeed legitimately the manager but it was unsettling to come back and find a stranger in the unit.

The home was exactly as described, very convenient for a family visiting the area and much more cost friendly than hotels. The resort itself was just ok, my youngest enjoyed the lazy river and water slide however, the arcade room is extremely outdated and several of the machines did not work. There was a mix up during our check in, the front desk clerk put us into the incorrect unit and we're not informed until we were unpacked, this was a slight inconvenience but luckily I was contacted about the error before we got too settled in. Overall I thought this was excellent value and would stay here again. Our host Linda was very responsive and provided accurate information.

Enjoyed the property and the experience everyone was super nice and would defiantly stay there again. Plus the property is just a few minutes from the Disney parks which worked out well.

5 Star Stay!!

This place is great! My 3rd time staying here. It really is a great price for what you get. Neighborhood and pool area is nice and stores/food very conveniently located. Beds are comfortable and the home is updated and in good condition. Linda is great to work with, I look for her places as she owns one other property in the development. Only complaint is it is a bit of drive to anything. Traffic has gotten worse over the years so it takes longer to get to the parks or to the beach. Just plan accordingly, with traffic it’s about 1 hour to attractions and the beaches on the golf side is about 2-2.5 hours. The beaches on the Atlantic are a bit closer, but to me they aren’t as nice.

House was very nice

We had a good time. The house was exactly like the pictures. We didnt have any issues and Linda was straightforward with every process of checking in/out. The community pool was a long walk but we didnt mind, it was quieter at the location of the house.

Disney World Family Vacation

Property was centrally located to the various theme parks that we visited. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool, water slide and lazy river located at the resort. Property was not as clean as I would have expected since the owner indicated the cleaning crew needed a full four hours to complete a deep cleaning prior to check-in. Patio was a disappointment, broken umbrella on table, area too small to sit around table and garbage can in close proximity (flies).

Beautiful condo, excellent maintenance in the condo and the grounds. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Spacious enough for 5 adults and two teenagers. The resort was nice, It had a pool, lazy river, waterslide and kiddie pool and a hot tub. If I had one complaint it was the Wi-Fi in the unit it would lose signal and we would have to reboot. Not ideal for my kids who are home schooled and needed it for there school class and homework. Very close to all the parks and alot of restaurants. Nice spot. Loved it.

Nice place

Overall the Property was nice. Master beadroom bed was a little too soft resulting in not good sleep. Others did not complain. Master Bathroom was nice it just needs a safety bar in shower because of the depth of the tub. Table size and seating did not allow for my family to sit together for dinner so some had to sit in the living room which was close by Overall we were pleased with the home. Thank you.

Family & Friends get away

The property was very nice and the staff was always there and willing to help with any questions that you had. We will definitely come back here again. There are a couple of things that we didn't realize until we got to the place. The condo was a good 15 min walk from the front desk & pool. We didn't plan at first to rent a car, but after checking in late and having to walk all our luggage to the way to the back of the property we decided that it would be a better idea to have a rental car. That way we could drive to the pool when we wanted & not have to carry all our pool stuff. It also made it easier to get food and groceries. Which are all not that far from the front desk, but a long ways if walking from the condo. The condo itself was very clean and well kept.

Great Place to Stay, Small Nuances

So, let me first start out by saying this is the best place I've stayed in Orlando in a long while. Close to the parks, clean, the facilities are amazing, and generally a quiet neighborhood. The beds are also extremely comfortable! As far as the cons, it's more so nuances. The internet is spotty, in that it cut out about 4-5 times a day when we were in the house. Granted, this is Davenport area, so it's to be expected. Bath mats are not in the showers/tubs. I almost fell twice because the bottom of the tub is slippery, and the tile when wet is slippery as well. Just be careful! :) Otherwise, great place to stay, and I definitely will stay here again if I am in the area.

Short Get Away

Very clean, comfortable townhome. Beds were soft, maybe a little too much so for someone with a bad back, but I’d prefer that over harder than a rock bed at some Palm Resort properties I’ve stayed at. As usual, the pool area was phenomenal. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. It was nice to have a TV in the bedroom, each bedroom has one if we had more guests. AC seems to struggle to keep up in the heat of the day, maybe time for a tune up? We adheared to the no lower than 72 degrees for the ac rule. No fault of the owner, but Regal Palms either needs better help or more help. Both check in and check out took over 20 min. When I went to get towel cards there was a long wait, as well. In the past it was much more efficient. Thanks for the stay, we would gladly stay, again.

Enjoyable stay

We were very happy upon arrival to find the house spotless clean. We are picky about the cleanliness and that is the most important thing to me and the house was very clean! They did take until 4pm to check in which was fine because we were happy with the cleaning job they did. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Linda was very helpful and quick to respond to any question before our trip and even gave a lot of advice as far as the local area and day trips etc. As far as the pool area it was ok but the pool itself was very cloudy to the point that you couldn’t see your legs. It was spring break/Easter week and very crowded so we thought maybe it had to do with that. We didn’t go back to the pool again afterwards due to that issue and the crowd but that didn’t have anything to do with the condo. We spent most of our time going back and forth to the Disney area and the traffic can be a lot so prepare to be up there Zara early if this is your plan. It’s all a matter of the traffic and one morning there was a horrible accident that set us back 1.5 hours. luckily Ilene were up and out super early and we still made it to the park in just about enough time. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this property. :)

Nice Property

The place and the neighborhood were great. The owner was easy to reach when we had a door lock issue and she helped us immediately! The house was very clean and had most all that we needed. It was roomy and perfect for us. Everything was very well spelled out in the listing and the correspondence with the owner. There were no big surprises. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 were the lack of some basic things. While I knew there would be no xtra toilet paper and paper towels, laundry or dishwasher stuff or bathroom basics (body wash, shampoo) I think some of that should be supplied (and has been in other rentals I've had). At least a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper, a couple pods for the dishwasher and Trash Bags. Those are things you can't usually buy in small quantities when you're there and it's a waste of money to buy 6 rolls of toilet paper when you're only going to use 2 or 3 and a Box of Trash Bags (Which was required per the note on the trash can outside.."no loose trash or small grocery bags of trash") - which I didn't notice until the 2nd day. (that actually was a surprise). And a couple dishwasher pods - I didn't buy so we handwashed dishes - which I don't believe gets dishes disinfected but I wasn't going to buy more basic supplies. I'm assuming most people buy some of this stuff and leave what they don't use as we did (that should be left for next guests) That was my only complaint but the place was very nice and comfortable

Nice propery

Renting was easy and Linda was very helpful. Property was nice, but under construction on some of the other buildings. Made for traffic and blocked roads you had to navigate around. We were told no parking on the street. Go ahead it apparently isn’t enforced. We had some trouble parking in our drive due to vehicles parked in the street. Also WiFi was horrible, cable tv was spotty, one room didn’t work at all. And at night if you were watching a show the channel would blank out on you and you’d get a message about the channel not being available right now. Not sure if the WiFi is shared, but we were only able to use it once. To be clear the WiFi was available, but the internet wasn’t working. If we had been there longer or were at the house more it might have been a problem. But we weren’t there enough for it to really be a problem. Only other thing was the missing shower head in the master bath. I located it our first morning under the sink and simply replaced it, just thought it was kind of odd that a property that was I assume inspected before our arrival missed something so basic. Again not a huge problem, and easily remedied. Just odd. Would definitely stay again assuming for a longer stay the WiFi and cable issues would be fixed. Also if going to the pool area make sure everyone takes the bands even the little ones. It’s something the resort enforces. Again no biggie just trying to save you a trip back to the house because you didn’t think you needed to bring your 4 year olds band with you.

Very nice

Great area not far from Disney or Universal. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious. It is a drive to the pool, thats the only thing that i wish was different. Still a great stay!

We just spent a week at this property and it was everything and more! The house was clean and perfect for the 5 of us. Could have easily had more people staying without feeling like we were living on top of each other. Also The beds are super comfortable which was a great plus, I usually don’t sleep well unless I’m in my own bed but I didn’t have that issue here. Check in/out was easy and all the staff were very friendly. The amenities at the resort are just as described. Pool/lazy river area is where we spend the majority of our time. I will say tubes/floats are not included for the lazy river so we did have to buy a few, next time I’ll just pack them. The bar/restaurant on side is convenient and not overpriced. I didn’t realize the resort wasn’t walking distance from the property, we had to drive up there. But by no means was that a deal breaker. If we were traveling without the kids maybe you could walk it but with the little ones it would have definitely been too far. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a low key get away just to hang by the pool or for a place to crash after busy days at all the parks. We did one day at Disney. My kids are young and more than that would have been too much for us. But the drive there and back was only about 25min each way. We will definitely be back!

Our family has been vacationing in Florida for years. We love it. There is so much to do. It's like a different vacation each time we go. We try to do something new every time along with all of our favorites.

We love Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Sea World and Fun Spot. We also take a day to go to the beach and sometimes make a trip to the Tampa Zoo. A day at Discovery Cove is also one of our favorites!

I love that families make their own vacation memories in our home. That's really special to me :-)

Why they chose this property

Regal Palms is perfect for families. There is so much more for all of us to do here. Kids are able to meet new friends at the pool and play all day. We are able to really relax and enjoy the spectacular surroundings and beautiful weather. A drink by the pool is always fun too. On the days that we want to go to the parks or other amusements, it's a short drive to get there, and most importantly, a short drive home to a comfortable bed!
We really have it all here. The resort is unlike anything else in the Disney area and we have a complete home with kitchen, laundry and living space. Plenty of room to have family visit us there too.
