Welcome to our home in beautiful Regal Palms Resort!

There are two master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. Two twin bedrooms share the third bathroom.

Our south-facing back yard has no rear neighbors and offers a patio, table & chairs and a nearby communal BBQ.

Our family-friendly resort has a large Resort Pool area, Lush tropical landscaping, Lazy River, Waterslide, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, wet and dry saunas, outdoor playground, Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Bar, Billiards, Club House and Poolside Dining, Health & Beauty Spa, Gym/Fitness Centre, Arcade, Ice Cream Shop, Banana Jack's Indoor Playground and 24 hour Front Desk.

The Exclusive Gated Resort boasts grounds that are tropical and well manicured, providing a picturesque Oasis.


LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Just 8 miles from Disney World and a short drive to Universal Studios, Legoland, Sea World, Aquatica, Margaritaville, City Walk, Disney Springs, Discovery Cove, and loads more attractions.
Great shopping at nearby Posner Park (5 miles) and the Outlet Malls on Hwy 4, and loads of awesome Restaurants close by.

In the plaza beside the resort there is a Publix Grocery Store, Applebee's Resturant, Pizza Parlour, British Pub, Bank, ATM, Drugstore, Gas Station, Starbucks, Twisty Treat Ice Cream, Giovanni's Italian Restaurant, Jersey Mike's and more. Walmart is 3 miles away. Lots of nearby shopping and dining just minutes away as well. Golf is a 4 minute drive to Highlands Reserve (across the street).

Our location is ideal. We are centrally located to all area attractions and shopping. Coastal Beaches on both sides are a short drive (1hr,25m). There is so much to do that you will have to come back to experience it all!

The condo was perfect for our party of four adults and two teens. Lots of kitchen gadgets, pots, pans and storage containers. The pool was outstanding, and we visited it nearly every day! The house was great. The location to everything to do in and around Orlando was easily accessible. The pool area was enjoyed by our family. The check in process was easy, and everything listed online was available at the site. With the condo being so close to the others, you could hear your neighbors easily. The trash can is fairly small so it's tough to clean. But overall I would highly recommend this place, as the price and amenities were fantastic.

Our family has been vacationing in Florida for years. We love it. There is no place better! The weather is amazing year round, and there is so much to do in our area. You don't even have to leave our beautiful resort to have a great vacation, but if you do venture out, we are a short drive to numerous theme parks and all kinds of great family experiences. We are also close to a multitude of fabulous golf courses, shopping, restaurants and about 90 minutes from a great day at the beach.

Some of our family favorites are Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios, Sea World and Fun Spot. We also take a day to go to the beach and sometimes go to the Tampa Zoo. And one of our very favorites is a day at Discovery Cove!

We have been hosts for over 15 years. The best part about sharing our home with guests from all over the world is that families make vacation memories in our home. That's really special :-) So we do our best to make sure it's the best experience they can have.

Why they chose this property

Regal Palms is perfect for families. There are three beautiful pools, surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping, towering palm trees and plenty of lounge chairs. There's a lazy river, a water slide, a hot tub, an arcade, a restaurant & bar, a gym with locker rooms, two saunas, a whirlpool, an ice cream shop, a marketplace, billiards and kids activities.
On the days that we want to go to the parks or other amusements, it's a short drive to get there, and most importantly, a short drive home to a comfortable bed!
We really have it all here. The resort is unlike anything else in the Disney area and we have a complete home with kitchen, laundry and living space. Plenty of room for the whole family.
