This was a nice property for 3 couples but could use some love. There was 1 towel per person for our 3 night stay and a lot of lights in the kitchen were burnt out. The kitchen had the bare essentials for cooking. Our host was quick to respond and was overall polite but when we had him come to the house for a minor issue he was a little short with us. We enjoyed the outdoor area a lot.

The property was perfect. Had everything we needed. Was clean and comfortable, private and quiet. It was very close to several vineyards and the host even had 2 for 1 tasting coupons for the vineyard at the bottom of the driveway which was walking distance. The location was also very convenient to town. Owner was excellent at responding to communications!!

The property and home are gorgeous . The view of the Valley is beautiful and the location right in a connecting driveway to Rideau winery was great ! It’s a very peaceful relaxing location ! All amenities provided !

The property is as absolutely beautiful! It looks s so spacious and comfortable and they have anything and more you could think of, bikes to ride, foosball table, beautiful pond, just breathtaking. Kris was great, gave us great recognitions for restaurants and Leonardo’s was the absolute best, fabulous food.

Highly recommend this property. Five adults were very comfortable. The house had all the amenities we needed. The setting is beautiful and you feel you're in a remote location, but you can get to restaurants and shops within 10-15 minutes. Kris is an excellent host. He responded quickly to all of our questions. He's knowledgeable about the area and provided recommendations for places to eat and see.

A beautiful, serene, well equipped, comfortable home. Such a great find! Stayed 2 nights (wish it was longer) for our annual mother/daughter wine tasting weekend tradition. Host communicated well throughout, providing necessary instructions needed to enjoy our stay. The property is close to most everything yet feels like you're out in the middle of nowhere. Views are spectacular. Outdoor space beautiful! Bring your corn hole game, portable badminton set, etc. So much room to accommodate a small family gathering outside. Our little group WILL be back!

One of the top VRBO's we have ever stayed in. We loved it!! The house is super quiet and in a great location. You can get here in less than an hour from Santa Barbara airport. Incredible views! It was so nice to have a kitchen, washer and dryer. We can't say enough good things about this house. We used to go to Healdsburg for wineries - Solvang area is our new favorite. Thank you so much!

Great location. Very private, yet close to Los Olivos restaurants and wine tastings. The house was really clean. Probably the cleanest, well kept VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. It rained, so we didn’t get a chance to ride the bikes, but we want to go back so we can. Views from the living areas are just beautiful. Great place, very nice host!
