The property is among three other condos within a gated compound. We booked three of the four condos for a family wedding in the area. The property is in the middle of all that Solvang has to offer (lots !!). It clean and offered a home base for all our activities. Looking forward to doing it again. PS - If you like hummingbirds, the flowers / landscaping at the condo will not disappoint.

Great Location

You couldn't ask for a better location when staying in Solvang. Right in the heart of town and close to everything. Nice spot for a small group, though the second full bath is pretty tight for four people to share. Some amenities were dirty or old, but we really enjoyed our stay for the most part. Would recommend if you have a group and want to stay together.

Excellent value, great location

Plenty of space for our party of 5 adults. Comfortable beds, well appointed. Quiet street yet a short stroll to the Main Street. Plan to return when in town visiting family.

Great location to downtown Solvang

We were having a girls' wine tasting weekend. The condo was exactly as advertised- easy to access and clean and safe. There is a hot tub in the back yard. The condo is within walking distance of everything in downtown Solvang- all the restaurants and shops. The Wine Tour company picked us up right at the house!

Great Location

We had a great time. The location is easy walking distance to all of Solvang. The home is clean and perfect for hanging out. Two notes: bring towels for hot tub and salt. We will definitely book this place again!!

Perfect Group Stay

It’s exactly as advertised, if not better! Everything you need for a group to stay together, including a large platter for serving appetizers, local pastries, etc. Communication was great, and very prompt when we followed up regarding a minor maintenance issue at the house which they quickly and pleasantly remedied. We definitely plan to stay again!

Another great stay

This is our second time staying here and, again, enjoyed it! The location is perfect! You can walk to everything. We cooked in quite a few meals and had enough cookware. We also grilled and the bbq was clean. We used the jacuzzis quite a bit! The home is clean, beds comfy, it’s perfect! Thank you!

Family Getaway

My husband myself and 2 adult daughters recently spent 4 days here. The house was neat, clean and well stocked with all the essentials. What we appreciated most was its proximity to the shops and restaurants and we were able to walk everywhere. We did not have any personal interactions with the property manager as everything was in perfect order, checkin was a breeze and instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again!

The best thing about the property was its proximity to all of Solvang's restaurants and shopping - all literally minutes away on foot. That was unexpected; I thought I would have to drive. The house itself was great. Very clean and everything in good working order. The garage is definitely tight length-wise. A mid-size SUV can fit in with about 10 inches to spare. Anyway, we were told about this before the stay. We had one car parked in the garage and the other parked by the front door.

Like "The 3 Little Bears"...

We've visited Solvang many times over the years, staying in the various Inns and even the fancy hotel at the end of town. Like "The 3 Little Bears", we found some to be too small, not as advertised and just not to our liking. But just like the Bears, we found this one to be "just right". Literally as advertised...better, actually! Right at the entrance of town, so you don't have to deal with the after 11am traffic jams. Everything is within walking distance, even a convenience market, about half a block away! Well equipped kitchen, living and dininig spaces "just like home", with spacious bedrooms and the patio and hot tub, which we didn't use, are an added bonus for those that do use them. Many places in town are decades old, and paint and fine furnishings just can't hide the age. This place, however, is modern through and through. Like the 3 Bears, we finally found the right spot, and we WILL be back on our next trip.

The location of this house was great! We were able to walk a block over right in to downtown Solvang. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is to replace the pans in the kitchen, replace the can opener and sharpen the knives. They were all very well loved and made it a little more difficult to cook with than it needed to be. Overall the house was great and would definitely stay again.

Nice houses just on the edge of town. Great location to walk anywhere you need. A little pricy but cheaper than multiple hotel rooms for your family. Overall great stay. Would return.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was everything we hoped for and more. We've decided to make this our family tradition—we'll definitely be coming back. The hosts were incredibly communicative and thoughtful, making everything smooth and easy.The location was perfect: we were in the very heart and soul of Solvang, with everything just a short walk away—less than four minutes. We spent a beautiful day exploring the nearby wineries in Los Olivos, which were just a quick drive.This trip was especially meaningful for us, as we came to spread my mother’s ashes. Returning each day to such a lovely and peaceful space made the experience all the more comforting. We gathered in the living room, watched a movie, and shared cherished memories. It was a perfect way to end the day surrounded by love and connection.
