Our Stay!!

This was a great choice. We so enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing, watching the sun set. We spent majority of our time on the balcony, so relaxing which is what we need. The instructions were clear. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back.

This condo is amazing! It is just advertised! The sunsets are just breathtaking! It is a great location near to everything. Two beds to baths and enough space for everyone. It came fully equipped, even with pumpkin spice coffee! LOL! I will book next time I come to Hot Spring/Lake Hamilton!

Awesome location!

We stayed at the property for a long weekend on a mother-daughter trip. The property is in an excellent location, close to the main tourist attractions, grocery shopping, and restaurants. Beautiful view with gorgeous sunsets. It is an older property, but some updates have been made, although the kitchen could use some TLC. A couple of drawers are broken in the kitchen, which has been reported by previous renters and has not been addressed. There are also vertical blinds on both patio doors, but some of the blind slats are missing. It would look nicer if some nice room darkening curtains were installed, and they could easily be opened and closed. The wine bottle opener was missing. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions.

Nice view, but building had loose/missing boards, and I gathered 8 roofing nails and a large screw from THREE parking spaces. There was obviously a renovation going on, but nails in the parking area is an unacceptable situation! We added our list of issues to the list already there from a previous occupant that the property manager was unaware of, and property manager asked me to send her our list of repairs/issues instead of going to inspect the property herself....and it's always great to pay an outlandish cleaning fee and then be expected to clean before you leave.

Disappointing

Although there were a few nice upgrades the workmanship was subpar. Example - the utility area had half patched walls and a cup to catch water drain form AC. Safety features need attention . Microwave location was very unsafe while a drawer in the kitchen had no track and would fall out when opening. No working smoke alarm( painted over). Finally the floors and balcony needed sweeping. We did our own cleaning. The washing machine and toaster were dirty.. We rent from VRBO at least twice a year and have not had an experience like this. Did like that VRBO transfered our booking to another site.

We love this condo!

The location of this property is perfect for us. It is very close to restaurants and Kahuna Bay Marina. The view of the lake is wonderful, and the sunsets are spectacular. Communication with the manager was easy and she responded very quickly. It’s a great place.
