Located across from Cazenovia Park and golf course, this first floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is fully renovated and set up to cover all your needs. Ten minutes from downtown Buffalo, the medical campus, Canalside and New Era Field, the home of the Buffalo Bills. A quick half hour drive to wondrous Niagara Falls!

A sleeper sofa in the living room allows for up to 3 guests to stay comfortably overnight. There is also one garage parking spot and laundry on site for guests to use.

Very nice place. Lots of room and comfortable . The bed is great and the couch is comfortable. Very clean ! I would stay there again. The only thing that needed is some hooks on the back of the bathroom door for your towels.Having said that the towels are top quality. Also -hallelujah! The shower has one nozzle for hot water and one for cold ! You don't have to figure out some hip shower system . It was my favorite thing in the whole place.Also the shower itself is great.

Perfect place for our stay in Buffalo

This apartment was the perfect spot for our visit. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive when we needed to contact them for a minor issue. Five stars and we highly recommend this nice apartment. The owner even left us a sweet “eclipse” goody back with eclipse themed snacks and soda which was very thoughtful and we appreciated it very much.

Family Visit

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We totally enjoyed our stay. We came from Florida to spend my 70th birthday with my 2 children here and the place was centrally located to both of them. Everything was pretty much as described in the advertisement of the property. It was clean, safe and comfortable. My only disappointment was I had to rewatch coffe cups which were put away with left over coffe in each cup. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

Cozy Place

This property is the perfect size for 2 people who prefer to stay in a home like environment vs hotel room. The kitchen appliances were new which was great for making breakfast and dinner. It offered garage parking in the back of the building and was close to shopping, downtown Buffalo and the stadium. The hosts provided timely information and we’re responsive to our questions. Perfect for what I needed

Went to Buffalo to visit a friend who lives nearby in Blasell so all I really needed was a place to sleep. But the property was super cute and had everything I needed including bath towels and sample soaps and shampoos. Garaged parking is a plus. Would love to stay here again next time.
