Vacation

Very nice property really enjoyed the stay. Pictures really were accurate with the look of the home. Would have loved to enjoy the game room more but too hot in the garage.

Our house got cancel an hour before we arrived to the house.

I pay for our trip June 29, 2021 and our trip was on July 30 2021. I received emails confirming our reservation. So I was really surprised when I received an email after asking for the code to the home that or reservation was cancel do to a mistake in there system. I had my sister and her three kids and my 2 kids in the car with me and a friend that was on a plane heading to Orlando with her son. We were stuck try to contact VRBO and they were no help at all. I was placed on hold for over two hours on phone so I called from another phone to be placed on hold for over an hour just for them to hang up the phone up on me three times. We were stuck with no help. Thank God I had a friend that was on vacation with her family at another development and she allowed us to stay with her until she checked out. I will never on life book with this website again. The host was unprofessional and VRBO was no help at all. Our whole vacation was ruined.
