Beautiful house, rather cozy though somewhat grandiose. Top floor and side wing are a little more modest, so that was for younger family. Middle floor with very nice bedrooms for older siblings. Quality kitchen, great books (English and French). Truly excellent location with a pretty walk to the small, ancient village of Locronan and its shops/restaurants. Responsive host family.

Séjour très agréable

Domaine parfait pour notre réunion de famille . Nous avons apprécié ce lieu authentique à quelques centaines de mètres de Locronan . Séjour TOP de TOP !

Nous avons passer un week end entre ami(e)s dans ce super manoir ! Maison super agréable, jardin et BBQ pour profiter du soleil, piano pour les amoureux de musique, 8 minutes en voiture de la plage, 10 minutes du centre ville pour manger une crêpe. Petit conseil : prévoir ces courses au Leclerc drive de Quimper pour gagner du temps. A refaire sans hésiter, RDV fixé entre copains pour l'an prochain ! Merci encore

Superbe manoir chaleureux pour accueillir une famille un réveillon de Noël. Outre sa beauté architecturale, le plus réside dans son équipement: tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez "comme à la maison". L'accueil de la personne qui est en charge de l'intendance est également très professionnel et très chaleureux .

Un manoir très agréable

Le manoir est magnifique et complètement équipé. Les fleurs disposées ça et là avec soin, le parc, Les cheminées, la bibliothèque rendent le séjour d'autant plus agréable. Nous avons cependant été étonnés par les multiples visites de la propriétaire et les conditions que nous avons reçues trois jours avant la location ( nappes utilisées = payantes, assurance à prendre, etc.)

C'est toujours un immense plaisir d'accueillir une grande famille et leurs amis pour un événement festif et la maison s'y prête très bien. Tous les commentaires sont bienvenus, ce qui nous permet d'améliorer l'accueil et le séjour de nos hôtes. Il est très rare que les propriétaires fassent une visite aux locataires (c'est arrivé une fois en 2015 pour des raisons pratiques indépendantes de notre volonté).

This is a wonderful house .

The house was wonderfully roomy, allowing for privacy as well as comfortable gatherings for the ten of us. The kitchen was stocked with more than we could have needed. We especially appreciated the fact that spices and dried foods, and even wine, were left for us to use and replenish after we got established. The grounds are magnificent and the location superb. We had no idea Locranon would be such a charming village, the Super U was only a few km away and the wonderful beach within biking distance. This is a great place to relax and refresh.

Manoir magnifique, vieilles pierres et aménagements intelligents, cuisine plus que très complète, parc spacieux et inoubliable pour les parties de cache-cache, salon salle à manger et feu de cheminée réjouissants, bibliothèque et discothèque variées..... Franchement, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en ayant la sensation d'être invités chez des amis.

UN LIEU RARE

Toutes les conditions sont réunies dans ce manoir pour passer un séjour inoubliable en famille ou entre amis : une atmosphère d'antan avec tout le confort moderne, des chambres spacieuses où l'on peut s'isoler, des salons où il est bon de se retrouver en groupe, de nombreux espaces propices à la détente. Cette maison fait partie de ces lieux rares où nous vient en les quittant le désir de revenir pour prolonger une expérience.

Tous ont apprécié...

Le manoir fut familial également pour nous. Nous avons su profiter des lieux ; belle et étonnante architecture intérieure où chacun a trouvé sa place ; être tous ensemble dans la grande salle à manger ou par affinité dans les plus petits salons, s'égailler dans le jardin si bien découpé qu'il offre comme dans le manoir de grands espaces et de plus intimes. Belle cuisine où l'on pouvait œuvrer à plusieurs, charmés par le crépitement du feu de sa cheminée. La proximité de l'océan a attiré les furieux amateurs de baignades... Je pense que ces 3 jours passés en ces lieux resteront un fort bon souvenir !

Un lieu privilégié de grande qualité

Une demeure d'exception au milieu d'un parc merveilleux ! L'organisation de la maison, l'authenticité des lieux, de belles chambres et des espaces de vie propices à la convivialité, tout à concouru à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous avons passé 4 jours à six familles et tous, ados et adultes, ont adoré le lieu. Et l'accueil par Manuel, l'intendante, est de qualité et elle a su se rendre disponible. Nous y retournerons sûrement !

Perfect house for an amazing holiday!

This house is really outstanding. It was exactly what we were looking for, a spacious house and park, full of charm and personality. Perfect for various family that want to share an holiday in an unforgettable place. The size of the house allows nth to spend time together but also to find your own secret place to relax or enjoy the sunset. There is a lot to do and see in the area...the only regret is that we could not stay longer!

Un week end inoubliable !

Le manoir est imposant et pourtant l’on s’y sent immediatement chez soit. La disposition des chambres, la decoration, l’authenticite des lieux, la chaleur de la cuisine avec son feu de cheminee ont conquis mes invites des leur arrivee. L’acceuil est a la mesure de la prestation c’est a dire tres tres bien.

We used to spend all our holidays in this fantastic house during my childhood. My brother and myself are maintening this place in very good shape to please our children, family and friends.

What makes this property unique

The house is welcoming, for small groups or large tribe. The garden was created by our father and includes a superb collection of trees and flowers of all kinds. We constantly maintain and refurbish the house to keep it nice and confortable. In the past months, we created a large library, one of the bathrooms was entirely redone, new comfortable beds were acquired, etc.
