FANTASTIC Location, only a short walk of approximately 170 metres to the main shopping precinct and very close to the supermarket.

Easy walk to both surf and bay beaches and the beautiful Sorrento park.

The house is well appointed and has a welcoming and relaxing ambience for your perfect holiday.

Have coffee on the corner, visit galleries, peruse the boutiques or stay at home and relax on one of the decks.
Alternatively, light the fire and snuggle up.


Please Note: Linen, towels and cleaning are included in the rate.

The house comprises:-
Master bedroom King size bed ( can be separated into 2 singles ) ensuite and walk in robe.

Second bedroom has King bed ( can be separated to 2 singles when requested)

Third bedroom comprises 2 long singles that can be joined as a king when requested.

Main bathroom has bath and shower.

2 separate living areas provide you with plenty of area to relax.Both open out onto a large deck with treetop outlook.

There is plenty of space for children to play.

Second trip to Beaches

My girlfriends and I love the property, thefore we returned for a second year in a row for our annual 'girls weekend'. Such a comfortable and cosy home, with lots of room and has everything you need.

Thankyou Cheryl. Had a wonderful stay . House was very cosy and in a great location . Having 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms with deck and bar b que was such a bonus . Was all that we required and more . Can thoroughly recommend this property and would certainly stay again .

Perfect location

Beaches-Sorrento provided the perfect spot for a 3 night minibreak over the Grandfinal weekend. Location was great as close to attractions of the main street and beach. The house was perfect for our stay being very comfortable, clean and well furnished. The weather was a bit on the cool side but the combustion heater was lit for us on arrival and kept us warm and provided the cheery ambience that only a wood fire can achieve. We will definitely be back for another stay.

What a beautiful spot. The house was so well presented, neat, clean, so close to the beach and shops. Overall property showing signs of aging. Mould in bathroom not great. Towels hard ...beds...generally ok but one guest could feel springs of mattress so maybe new mattress or mattress topper recommended. Back deck great and location great. .

Perfect beach holiday!

Cheryl’s property was just perfect for our two week stay. Check-in was simple, communication A1 from start to finish - we couldn’t have hoped for a better property owner! The house itself is fantastic, with two comfortable living zones, large bedrooms (the KS bed is always a major factor for us!) and a functional kitchen. We absolutely loved the deck and spent most nights out there having drinks and dinner, either with friends or just us… watching the sun disappear behind the trees on the ocean beach horizon was superb. Wifi access was seamless, and Netflix a welcome feature, our 12yo daughter was especially pleased! And can we talk about the location?! Wowzers, it was even better than we thought, a 3 minute stroll to the main Sorrento shopping strip, yet super quiet as the property is tucked away at the bottom of the block. Close enough that - when we had visitors with kids - we had no issues with the 12yos walking up to get an ice cream. It was just brilliant. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, Cheryl, we hope to be returning again very soon!

What a beautiful spot. A very short walk to the heart of Sorrento, short drive to Portsea and Point Nepean. The house was well presented and clean. Cheryl our host was in contact and everything as you would want it.

Fantastic location

Great little property in a quiet location at the back of the block. The house was so close to the main shopping strip we could walk to the shops and cafes - a real win.
