We couldn't be happier with our stay. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING! Super clean, we enjoyed the fireplace. The location is walkable to everythign we wanted. We hope to stay again soon.
This duplex home was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. spacious and a great location just very close to downtown Moab and just ten minutes from Arches NP. Great communication from the owner....very responsive. Highly recommend this home.
Casa de Zia is a lovely home, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but with a private yard that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. The inside is light, cheerfully and tastefully decorated and is very clean. We especially appreciated the book put together by the owners with hiking trail recommendations. Wish we had stayed longer!

Wow!!! That’s an amazing review! Thank you so much! And thank you for being such respectful guests.
You can tell that the owners really put a lot of thought into their home. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. The wall arcade was a huge hit as well.
We absolutely luved the house, it was gorgeous! It was comfy, spacious and was easy to walk to town. The decor was awesome! We used the hot tub after hiking and enjoyed the fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked. Luved this house!

A very nice stay in Casa de Zia
Six of us (3 couples) spent a delightful 4 nights at Casa de Zia. We found it to be roomy,
homey and clean with many amenities. Downtown Moab, full of restaurants and shops as
well as a very nice Visitors Center, was a short walk away, and Arches NP and Dead
Horse State Park short drives away. The hot tub and swimming pool added to the fun.
I would recommend a stay at Casa de Zia.

I'm so glad you had a nice stay and enjoyed the extra amenities. You were great guests! And I agree it is so close to everything, yet it feels so quiet and private. There are no buildings behind Casa de Zia just a little stream with a hiking trail. One of my favorite things is to just hang out in the backyard at night, in the hot tub or by the fire.
House is conveniently located to Town and nearby recreation areas, has all the necessary amenities, and is tastefully decorated. Clean and well maintained. Would stay here agsin with no hesitation.+
The location was only about 15 minutes from Arches and 40 mins from Canyonlands, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the Zia sun god symbol on the wall and I’m inspired by the story to get one for my wall at home. Thanks for the stay!
Communication with host was excellent.
The place is so well appointed, comfortable beds, plenty of different sitting areas. We especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of beach towels by the door to the hot tub, storage containers in the kitchen, and bird feeders.
It was great to walk to everything in town.
Would stay again!
The house was clean and spacious. It is also in a quiet neighborhood.
Hot tab after hiking was really great. We relaxed at night at the tab staring at the night sky.
I would pick this house again if I ever travel to Moab.

Nice, clean Moab house near town and very helpful, courteous owner
We were driving cross country with 2 kids, 3 adults and a dog and we had 2 nights to stay in Moab. We wanted somewhere close to town and to Arches so we could hike, eat and relax. This place worked perfectly - close, nice and clean, and the owner was very helpful with info about the area. We also appreciated how dog friendly it was, including a nice patch of grass in the yard. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Moab.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay Dan! You and your group were great, clean and respectful. You are welcome back anytime!
Wonderful clean home. Tons of room for the family and everything you need in the kitchen. The jacuzzi was a great addition, and it was clean. The boardgames and old-school video arcade game were a great addition as well. Fantastic location to anything you want to do and see in Moab. I would definitely stay here and recommend this property again.

Hello! My name is Tamara and I live in Salt Lake and work at the University of Utah Hospital in medical IT. I have a son named Avery who just started college at the University of Utah and is studying international business. My wife Kimberly is a neuropsychologist at TOSH. I've been lucky enough to be able to travel all over the world and have done 2 humanitarian trips recently in Peru and Cambodia -- but my biggest love is still southern Utah. I just can't get enough of hiking, camping and exploring this area, the most magical place in the world... I care deeply about the preservation of southern Utah and am eternally grateful to people and organizations that work tirelessly to protect it. Therefore, I donate a portion of each reservation to Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance in gratitude for their endless efforts in protecting this beautiful and fragile environment. https://suwa.org/
Why they chose this property
The things that drew me to this property in particular were: 1. Large and private back yard with view of red rock mountains 2. Central location in town 3. Large living area 4. Fireplace and hot tub 5. New, clean, comfortable house 6. The huge garage 7. The landscaping and patios
What makes this property unique
I bought this house in July of 2016 and love that it is new, clean, warm, comfortable and very spacious. There is a large living area that is comfortable and inviting for a lot of people to gather. My favorite thing about the house is the patio that is off the main bedroom with a hot tub and view of the red rock mountains. The back yard is beautiful, private and romantic.
