Upstairs, an office nook is available for the work that cannot wait. Another master bedroom with en-suite has access to a sheltered veranda overlooking the pool to the beach beyond.
The main feature of this house is the stunning 12.5 metre heated pool and the thatched pool pavilion with large daybed and bathroom facilities.
Sun lounges, exotic landscaping and the attention to detail have created a mini-resort available for the private use of you and your family or friends. The house features central air-conditioning, Foxtel, two stereos, WiFi internet and three TVs. There is also garaging for one vehicle.
