Large high-rise villa, quiet, in the Touquet forest.
Facing south / southwest, you can quickly take advantage of its large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. There is no opposite.
A 2nd large wooden terrace, sheltered, same exposure, allows you to enjoy the sun earlier in the season.
On the ground floor, there is a car park at the rear of the house, a large south facing lounge dining room with hifi, TV satellite, wood-burning fireplace, large kitchen (classic coffee maker + nespresso, microwave oven, fitted kitchen hob vitroceramic and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). One bedroom with double bed 160 south facing as well as bathroom / shower, linen room with washer-dryer, WC. There is also an outdoor fireplace on another terrace, a large garden and then the forest.
Upstairs, there are 2 double 140 bedrooms, both of which overlook the upper terrace, and another bedroom with south facing balcony with 2 single beds and 1 baby bed, a bathroom with bath, landing with desk and WC.
Our prices are variable depending on the duration and the season chosen. We prefer to rent by the week (possibly 5 days but not less), at variable prices from 700 to 1400 € / week depending on season and duration of rental.
