Hill Country Hideaway on 1 Acre and Near Everything!

Our Hill Country Hideaway is situated on 1 gorgeous acre with a beautiful country setting but only a few minutes to major highways making it the perfect getaway to enjoy all that Austin and Dripping Springs has to offer! This gorgeous, CLEAN home is surrounded by lovely oak trees and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Close to all of the wineries/distilleries/breweries and wedding venues! Only 15mi to downtown Austin, 25min drive to airport. This beautiful home is remodeled with nice touches and updates throughout.

The real magic of this home is the backyard! We offer lots of nice sitting areas under the oaks and there are twinkly lights in the trees so you can enjoy the outdoors and spacious country environment. There's a propane grill as well.

Inside we offer 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a beautiful bright air conditioned sunroom dining area that overlooks the backyard oaks.

The master bedroom downstairs has a comfy king size gel memory foam bed and barn door leading to a full bathroom that is shared with the family room downstairs and also offers a full size washer and dryer. The upstairs has 2 additional beautiful bedrooms also with a queen memory foam bed in each room. The gorgeous kitchen has all of the amenities you need and the beautiful farmhouse table seats 6 as well as 4 additional bar stools. The sunroom dining area is gorgeous with barn doors leading to the spacious family room offering a 65" smart tv great for watching movies and hanging out together. There's also another deck off the family room with another seating area to give you another view of the backyard.

We also offer a nice living room with fireplace that makes a great cozy reading nook while relaxing by the fireplace.

We take pride in our home and have all 5 star reviews on all of our properties. We want it to be relaxing and inviting and look forward to welcoming guests! This is a perfect getaway home near everything but nestled in the country.

Private spot in the countryside!

We stayed here for 2 months with our infant while our house was being repaired. The property is exactly as advertised. Worked perfect for us! We loved the privacy and the lot is fantastic. You’ll love the backyard. The neighborhood is also private, not much through traffic so it was perfect for us to walk our baby in the stroller, which was our favorite part. Host was wonderful; very accommodating, friendly and responsive. We wish we lived here! Highly recommend!

Impeccable home with lots of room

We stayed here for a brief stay for a family wedding in the area. The owner was accommodating when it came to assisting with an earlier check in as we had a 4:30 wedding to attend & there were 9 of us having to get ready. That was greatly appreciated. The home is exactly as pictured, if not even better. The home was absolutely impeccable. The bathrooms (and home overall) was spotless and not even a hair to be found on the floor. The beds....could not be any more comfortable. All memory foam mattresses. We had 3 teenagers and they loved that they basically had a game room all to themselves that they were able to hangout and sleep in with their own privacy. The game room has a big comfy sectional with a small love seat that also pulls out. The kitchen was incredibly spacious and there were 9 of us. We never felt cramped. The back yard was perfect for relaxing in the evening and enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the back patio. We wished we had a longer stay, but hope to be back for a girls weekend with my mom & aunts to just get away. This truly is a beautiful comfortable home. You will not be disappointed!
