Wonderful Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed the Villa for our week long stay over the 4th of July. It's so close to everything (beach, shops, restaurants etc.). The king bed was extremely comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the unit was super convenient!

We were pleased with our time here. They had beach accessories like an umbrella, chairs, and a nicer cooler that kept whatever we brought out to the beach cold. We enjoyed the area as well.

Nice enough place, and the beach and Gulf water were beautiful. I was annoyed that I was assigned a parking space a long way from my unit, and it was located in an alley where the back sides of many businesses had their dumpsters located Not a pretty view, and the dumpsters were being emptied nearly every morning and the noise was unpleasant. The unit itself had no stereo equipment and the cable tv was a problem.

Great spot for beach bums

Unit was very nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, as stated in the listing. So be prepared for that! Not bad walk for just me and my husband but with a family & a lot of stuff, may be more difficult. They had everything we needed including beach towels, a cooler, umbrella and beach chairs. Would consider coming back!

Just right!

This property was perfect for what I needed! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to everything! I will return! I didn't really interact with the property manager so I didn't really give a rating for that.

Unit is just as described…very nice. Too bad one of the pools was closed as heater was not working. Other than that is was terrific. We love Siesta Key Beach and have been coming for 20 years.

Nice stay

Everything was as advertised. Loved the resort, and it was a short walk to the beach. Liked the parking right in front of the unit. Good location on Siesta key. As previous reviews stated, sliding door won't lock. They have a bar to place, but seems like something the owner should actually fix. Place was clean, and the complex was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed a great week at the Jamaican Royale in Siesta Key. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Being close to the pool was a plus and we met very friendly people. Sunsets were beautiful on the beach. iTrip Sarasota Beach Vacations answered our questions and concerns promptly. Another plus of this location was the transportation to the nearby restaurants and shopping by the free trolleys, Jonnys and golf cart operators. All were free rides with driver tips only. Will definitely be back!

Great stay at Siesta Key Beach! Will definitely try to book with iTrip at the Jamaica Royale again. The discount on the activities and complimentary airport ride made the trip feel that much more like a VIP experience! We especially enjoyed the kayak launch from turtle beach. Private beach access for guests with complimentary beach chairs was also a nice perk. Our unit was clean with some unavoidable sand that had been tracked in from the beach (if that bothers you just wear socks in the unit). There is a free trolley and bus hop service on the island that runs off tips so we never felt like we were lacking without a car. Awesome sunset views at this beach as well!

Beautiful week in Siesta key

The condo was just the right size for the 2 of us. The beach is very large at this location- it is a .4 miles to the water. Needless to say I got my steps in. Lol We could not get the bedroom tv to work all week- followed the instructions- but still couldn’t get it to work. Just 1 suggestion- it would be nice to have a full length mirror Enjoyed our stay

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation. The place was comfortable, clean and nicely air-conditioned, although we turned it off and had door and fans on for early morning. We enjoyed our breakfast on the little back deck. Around 10:00 we'd head down to the beach. By the way, Siesta Key has the absolute best beach around. It's just a short walk down to the beach. Chairs were available for lounging in the sun. I lived in Sarasota when I was a teen and would come frequently to the beach. A lot has grown up and changed since then, but still the best place on Earth. My husband and I plan on vacationing here again next year.

Nice and clean. Kitchen needs a cutting board. TV did not offer live that we could find to access and after inquiring to contact phone #. Bathroom needs to be updated. Water pressure poor.
