We really enjoyed the Villa for our week long stay over the 4th of July. It's so close to everything (beach, shops, restaurants etc.). The king bed was extremely comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the unit was super convenient!

Apart from not having a working gate code when I arrived, my stay was perfect. The unit was clean and well-stocked and just a short bike ride from anywhere you might want to go on the Key.

Perfect place for a getaway

This condo was perfect for a week long vacation. It had everything we needed and was on the beach. The beds were super comfy and I didn't wake up with a stiff lower back at all. Siesta Village isn't walking distance from the condo but there's a trolley that runs the main line that picks you up and takes there. Then you can avoid parking and have drinks w/out having to drive :) I highly recommend and would stay again.

This property was perfect for what I needed! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to everything! I will return! I didn't really interact with the property manager so I didn't really give a rating for that.

Unit is just as described…very nice. Too bad one of the pools was closed as heater was not working. Other than that is was terrific. We love Siesta Key Beach and have been coming for 20 years.

Everything was as advertised. Loved the resort, and it was a short walk to the beach. Liked the parking right in front of the unit. Good location on Siesta key. As previous reviews stated, sliding door won't lock. They have a bar to place, but seems like something the owner should actually fix. Place was clean, and the complex was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed a great week at the Jamaican Royale in Siesta Key. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Being close to the pool was a plus and we met very friendly people. Sunsets were beautiful on the beach. iTrip Sarasota Beach Vacations answered our questions and concerns promptly. Another plus of this location was the transportation to the nearby restaurants and shopping by the free trolleys, Jonnys and golf cart operators. All were free rides with driver tips only. Will definitely be back!

Nice enough place, and the beach and Gulf water were beautiful. I was annoyed that I was assigned a parking space a long way from my unit, and it was located in an alley where the back sides of many businesses had their dumpsters located Not a pretty view, and the dumpsters were being emptied nearly every morning and the noise was unpleasant. The unit itself had no stereo equipment and the cable tv was a problem.

Great spot for beach bums

Unit was very nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, as stated in the listing. So be prepared for that! Not bad walk for just me and my husband but with a family & a lot of stuff, may be more difficult. They had everything we needed including beach towels, a cooler, umbrella and beach chairs. Would consider coming back!

Dear Rustina, You called and said you were going to call a lawyer for false advertisement. We asked you to please send us pictures or examples of what you claimed were being falsely advertised. You sent us photos of chips in the rustic beach coffee table and of water stains on the outdoor furniture. You also mentioned that we falsely advertised that the beach was steps away. We urge guests to read our description. We clearly notate how many steps it will take to get to the beach as well as an approximate walking distance. We are very offended to be accused of such as we make sure to be accurate in our listings. I fear that this was a case of guests not doing their due diligence before booking a place.
