Villa Sundown in Alsancak, Girne - a unique holiday experience!

This very unique villa has been built and prepared with holiday-makers in mind. Villa Sundown accommodates a total of 11 guests and is made up of 3 separate buildings making it ideal for those travelling in larger groups of friends and family by providing for that added bit of privacy. An extra large swimming pool (14 metres x 6 metres), large entertainment area, gym, sauna, a variety of areas to relax as well as additional features for those with children are just some of the things that makes this villa ideal.

Villa Sundown is made of 3 separate buildings on the same property.

Building 1 : Main bedroom includes one double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room.

Building 2 : Large entertainment area with kitchenette, BBQ, fireplace, gym, sauna, bedroom 3 with double bed, television and en-suite, bedroom 4 with double bed, television and single bed and en-suite.

Building 3 : double bed and sitting area, kitchenette and bathroom, television and outdoor dining table.

All rooms are fitted with AC and wi-fi.

The extra large swimming pool measures 14m x 6m and includes a jacuzzi and a shallow end for children. An outdoor shower and bar can also be found on the swimming pool-patio area.

From the villa you are able to appreciate the mountains of Girne as well as the Mediterranean Sea. There are several outdoor spaces all of which are scattered with comfortable and tasteful outdoor furniture.

Guests should note that use of electricity above 10 kw h per day is to be charged at a rate of 1 turkish lira per kw h.

Guests will be able to reach local supermarkets , restaurants, beaches, casinos within a 5-10 minute car journey. We do advise guests to have a means of transport, whether it be car hire or a daily taxi service, both of which we can assist in arranging.
