.Private close knit neighborhood and limited parking and some restrictions Situated in a private culdesac in gardenesque neighborhood, southern charmer has just been completely remodeled & freshly furnished throughout. both comfort & style this is strictly for use of the main level w/ master king bedroom w/ on suite, access to the back shaded deck area. Main level also includes the kitchen ,dining, living room, laundry, & half bath. Upstairs will not be available for use with this listing but will not be rented during your stay so your stay is completely privat
Please note Fireplace is only aesthetic, non operational at this time.

My favorite VRBO to date

I can’t say enough about this place!The furniture was all so comfy, loved the couches and the bed!! The decor is gorgeous! Having a garage was a major plus for me, as I had a vehicle stolen a few months ago. I felt very safe there, traveling alone. For the things I needed and needed to do, the location was perfect. I loved the patio in the evening when I wanted to read. The kitchen was super nice and well stocked. Great water pressure! The owner was super helpful, as well. I highly recommend!!

Great spot from which to discover Little Rock

My girlfriend and I enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the house. Easy to get to from out of town (she from Arizona, me from Tennessee), and close enough to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and (as I discovered) state parks. About 15-ish minutes to downtown or North Little Rock. Probably the only thing I'd add is an outdoor grill. Everything else worked well and was easy to use. Definitely a great, comfortable, convenient place to stay for a couple visiting the city. Also excellent communication with the property owner. Thank you!

Comfortable Home with Easy Access

This home is very close to I-430. We only used the main level of the home. It was very comfortable with plenty of space for my husband and I to work remotely. A nice Bose bluetooth device and a cute coffee bar in the kitchen were nice touches. The neighborhood is transitional after the tornado, but this cul-de-sac had well-kept homes. My only suggestion is to add more silverware. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Very nice and homey

This property is maintained extremely well and the owner has made a great effort to make it welcoming and comfortable. It has everything you need and you don’t have to run out to the store to buy essentials. Easy access and location, convenient to stores, major streets and freeways. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Great Place!

This lovely upscale house is beautifully decorated and luxuriously comfortable with numerous amenities. Having a covered secure garage for parking is an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to future return visits.

Great Place to Stay

Beautiful tastefully decorated property that is conveniently located to all points. Great kitchen and nearby Whole Foods made it really easy to eat in. Unlike most properties, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The owner was also really responsive and great to deal with! If you are visiting Little Rock, you want to stay here!
