This modern condo building is only a block away from Asheville`s vibrant Biltmore Avenue featuring a movie theater, historic general store, James Beard Award winning restaurants, cocktail lounges, shops and galleries. A historic baseball park, the Biltmore Estate, the Upper River Arts District, West Asheville and many, many more attractions are a short ride away! You`ll run out of time before you run out of things to do, so plan to rebook! There is one parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere. *PLEASE NOTE* Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted
This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the Paxton Key app, which must be downloaded on your phone (Bluetooth capable) to access the parking lot and building. Your email address is *required* for the Paxton Credential.
