Great place to stay when visiting Ashville

Celebrated 25 year wedding anniversary and this place was perfect. Location in the biltmore village was high and dry and convenient to access the Biltmore and down town ashville. Will definitely be staying here again.

Biltmore Village is close to everything you'd want to see and do in Asheville. The condo is immaculate and ruly a home away from home. We will definitelybe back!!.

Perfect location in Biltmore village

This is our second stay here. The condo is clean and well appointed. Everything in BV is walkable. Parking is easy and ample. We will return.

Great location

This private, low key condo complex is in a walkable location, close to shops and restaurants. Nicely furnished, this historic property was a former hospital. We had easy access to highway and it was close to Biltmore. The two master bedrooms worked well for our group. Enjoyable stay!

Great Experience!

The location is located in a quiet area, easy parking, no traffic. Close to the Biltmore Estate. Walking distance to shopping and good restaurants. The condo was large, comfortable and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, elegant space for (grown-up) family vacation

It was the perfect place to meet up with my parents for a few days and visit Biltmore/Asheville. The location is right in the village (easy walking distance) yet feels secluded by the tall lush trees surrounding it. The condo is spacious and elegant, more than enough room for 4 adults to visit and catch up, while also having personal space. Everyone in the group was impressed and said it was ideal for our grown-up family vacation.

The BEST spot for space and location!

This condo is spacious, well-appointed and in a fabulous location. Tucked away but close enough to the shops and restaurants, and beautifully decorated in case you want to stay in for the evening. Courtney is a wonderful host who provides great suggestions for things to do and places to dine. We will be back!

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful family spring break for one week with our kids. It was a perfect size for the 5 of us, lots of space but cozy at the same time. Check in and parking were easy, the apartment was very clean and fully stocked, and Courtney was super responsive to any questions. The location was great for both hiking and tourist attractions, being close to the Biltmore Estate and downtown. The area is still being rebuilt after the hurricane so many things were still closed but we enjoyed cooking and ordering in, so the quiet didn’t bother us. I would highly recommend it for a family vacation.

Thanksgiving getaway.

This property was so lovely. Pics are very accurate. Perfect location if wanting to be close to Builtmore or just walking to the village. Equipped with everything you need and plenty of parking. The owners could not have been any nicer and were quick to respond if needed. Would highly recommend to anyone. Place is beautiful.

The perfect condo!

My family and I spent some time in Asheville and decided to stay at this lovely condo. We have stayed in many vacation rentals throughout the years, but this was our absolute favorite. The condo is spacious and very tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for a trip to the Biltmore, or just a quick bite or a shopiing trip. Courtney was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommend this outstanding condo

This condo was outstanding in every way from the cleanliness, to the fully equipped kitchen, to the large beautiful spaces. We especially enjoyed relaxing with the gas logs, The location was so convenient and within easy walking distance of everything in the Village and yet we felt very secluded. Courtney is an amazing host who made sure she communicated all important information to us as well as great recommendations for our stay. We definitely hope to make a return visit in the future for another getaway.

Beautiful condo in the heart of it all

This condo is really beautiful and extremely comfortable. Every detail is considered for your comfort. It’s very quiet and in a wonderful setting. Really hard to beat being in historic Biltmore Village, where you are less than 15 minutes from everything. I also must add that after many years of only great experiences with VRBO, Courtney has to be the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. We get to Asheville at least once a year, and this condo will be the first place we will always try to book!

Fantastic property- professional property management A

Returned for a few days to a beloved part of the state in hopes of supporting recovery efforts. This condo is directly beside an area very heavily impacted. Biltmore village has a long way to go and I can imagine this location was phenomenal when all those shops and restaurants were open. As it was, the location is still very good- close to downtown, The Biltmore and a few newly reopened businesses. Condo building itself had no signs of damage. The unit was wonderful- very large and well appointed. Communication with property management was fantastic- quick and helpful responses. We will stay again.

Location and Luxury

We had such a wonderful stay. The location is just on the edge of the Biltmore Village and we had a great time visiting the shops during the day. And be sure to check out Waysides for an evening drink. Rebecca was so very hospitable and welcoming before during and after our visit. The condo itself is immaculate. Every detail screams "luxury accommodation" from the well-appointed kitchen to the bathrooms to the sitting areas; all are way above standard for most places we have rented. We will definitely stay here again. My daughter lives in Asheville so we plan to take advantage whenever we come to town. If it's available we are staying here. (I guess I really should have not given such a glowing review) Seriously, I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to relax and have a little fun in a very spacious and perfectly located luxury condo in the heart of Biltmore Village.

Spacious and Airy

This property was perfect. Very easy to find and access and great communication from the owners. The beds were soft and comfortable. There was lots of open room and it felt very airy. All their little touches were perfect. It was a great location. Easy to walk to shopping and food. I also appreciated that things like linens were not heavily fragranced. There were no Plug-In Fragrances either. This isn't important to everyone but for some it is. The only real fragrance came from some cinnamon pinecones which would have been easy to relocate if you are very sensitive to smells. My only complaint is that they required you to buy insurance, which isn't mentioned until you are on the final part of reserving and paying. Between the insurance, fees, and taxes the final price per night was just about doubled what was listed as the per night price. If everything hadn't been so nice I would have been very frustrated. I would stay here again.

Chris and I have called Asheville home for over 17 years. We were thrilled when my parents decided to move to Western North Carolina in 2021. While house hunting with my parents, we stumbled upon this historic complex in Biltmore Village. We had no idea this historic gem existed in the heart of the village! Mom and Dad lived in the condo for over a year and enjoyed every moment. We have a VRBO in Lake Lure ( Happy Heron Cabin/702264) and have had a blast sharing our cabin with visitors from all over the country. All four of us live nearby and we can't wait to share this hidden treasure with you!
