Landing Pad is a furnished, 30+ day rental right in the heart of my favorite city - Denver! Let this be your landing pad and sanctuary in the West Washington Park/Speer neighborhood in the center of everything.

Denver is a vibrant, thriving city with countless things to do and see. As a Central Denver native, I welcome you to one of my favorite places in the World! This lovely main-floor apartment in a classic Denver Square home has it all. My home has two apartments offering efficient space in a private home/neighborhood environment. The location is one of the very best things about my space. Just ten minutes from Downtown and Cherry Creek, walkable to South Broadway and Washington Park, my home is positioned perfectly to the best restaurants, entertainment and sightseeing Central Denver has to offer. Let this be your launch pad and sanctuary in the Queen City of the Plains. Come work, play and enjoy!
Some of the things I love about Denver are running or bicycling Downtown or to Cherry Creek on the conveniently located Cherry Creek bike path that runs along the tranquil Platte River. The Rosebud Cafe located across the street, has amazing coffee, the nicest owner you will ever meet, and great food! A two-block walk will land you at one of the best Italian restaurants in Denver, Carmine's on Penn. If you are in the mood for sushi, check out Taki Sushi or Go Fish on Broadway. Of course, there are many amazing restaurants on South Broadway, but I recommend searching for your favorites and letting me know what you enjoy! If you feel like cooking there is a Trader Joe’s six blocks away, a Safeway not much further, and a Whole Foods in Cherry Creek.
Love shopping? Cherry Creek North, Cherry Creek Mall and South Broadway are must hits!
Love live music? We are a short taxi, Uber, Lyft ride from the Fillmore, Ogden, Bluebird, Pepsi Center, The Gothic, Three Kings, High-Dive, Syntax Physic Opera, Herman’s Hideaway and many, many more. We also have some of the best music stores in the Country (Wax Trax, Twist & Shout, so many more).
Love art and museums? Denver has some of the best! We are again just minutes away from all of the central sights.
We should mention...this is a NON-SMOKING PRIVATE RESIDENCE WITH A STRICT POLICY. I am extremely allergic and cannot have smoking of any sort on the premises.

Home Away From Home
This lovely home exceeded my expectations. It was a shared house with private entrances and living spaces. The decor was lovely, and it was stocked with all the essentials and more. The bed and sofa were so comfortable. My dogs loved the outdoor patio and yard. It was a special treat for them since we live in a condo. I am a central Denver Native, and I love my City! Over the years, Denver has changed, but what it has always embodied is a sense of adventure and community. We have a beautiful blend of urban and western cultures, including something for everyone. I love the outdoors and great food. I don't live in this home anymore, but I love sharing it with guests. If I can say so...it has the BEST energy!!!
Why they chose this property
I have owned this home since the mid-nineties, and I love it to pieces. I love walking the neighborhood, seeing friendly faces, and being able to access pretty much anything I need within minutes.
What makes this property unique
Privacy and the neighborhood. My place is in a really friendly part of Denver where people say "hi" and there is always a cute pup to pet! You will stay in a sweet Victorian Era home with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed!! I also love the private backyard in the Summer.
