Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, our apartment has everything you'll need for a fabulous stay. Families are very welcome and we're equipped with everything you'll need for the kids including a selection of toys, high chair, portacot and junior mattresses are available on request. CHECK OUT THE PICTURES OF THE GREAT PARK DIRECTLY OVER THE ROAD FROM THE APARTMENT - THE KIDS WILL LOVE IT!

We have two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry facilities. The living and dining area is spacious and comfortable. Make use of the well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Relax on the shady balcony. There is one secure, undercover car park. If you're up for some exercise there is a gym, tennis court and pool.

Perth's famous Swan River Foreshore is straight across the road. Barrack St jetty is a short walk away. From here you can visit Perth's Bell Tower or catch a boat. It's just a short ferry ride across to South Perth to visit the Zoo. Alternatively you can take a scenic river cruise to historic Fremantle or the ferry to Rottnest Island.

Jacob's Ladder is only 100 m away and will take you up to Kings Park & Botanic Garden. Kings Park offers breathtaking views of the river and city as well as a raft of things to do and see. There are great parks for the kids and a tree-top walk for more great city views, just to name a few.

The apartment is only a short walk into the city centre for fabulous shopping and dining. If you've got too many shopping bags to carry back or have over-indulged there's always the free city shuttle bus which will take you back to the front door of the apartment.

We have 6 adults and 1 child staying in this house the size of the house is not big but cosy . the house is clean and the bed was so comfortable , they owner prepare everything that you can find in a hotel room .I would like to say it better than a hotel stay :))

Great location! Walked into the city, Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay and had a bus stop not far away. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed including snacks for the kids. Provided cot, high chair, toys and books. Perfect for a couple of days or more to see and do lots

Excellent central holiday apartment, large enough to accommodate our family of six. Clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the snacks, hot beverage supplies and pantry items. Also kind was the well stocked cleaning and bathroom products. The kids loved the pool and really appreciated the toys and DVDs in the cupboard. We loved staying in this great apartment so close to the playground and bus stop. We didn't need a car as the public transport is so close and we hardly hard to pay at all due to the free travel areas.

The facilities and locations are just perfect!!! The apartment is equipped with all the basic needs that make you feels at home. CAT's shuttle is just a walk away, even without it, the city center is still within a walking distance. For those who does own cooking, the Woolworths supermarket is all you need; i.e. you can either catch a shuttle at just 2 stops from the apartment or you can stroll back while enjoy the scenery.
