This property is top notch and suited our family of 4 with 2 teenagers perfectly! Owner was so helpful with recommendations for surf lessons, restaurants etc, and the location is unbeatable having a a relaxing pool and being across the street from beach and heart of town. love, love, love!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The condo is fully equipped and beautiful. It is in excellent spot of town with quick access to the beach and night life. It is also very safe, secure and quiet. Thanks again!

Cute, comfortable condo just steps from the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. The location of this property was perfect. I loved how this condo was on the main floor right by the pool. I would definitely recommend this property! Perfect for family with kids.

Convenient Clean Accommodations

Walkable to beach, shops, restaurants, and grocery! This condo located in the gated community was in the heart of Tamarindo was wonderful. The pool was lovely and we even saw monkeys during our stay.

Ideal Tamarindo Location

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Condos in Tamarindo. Our VRBO host Kattya was phenomenal! The condo is located in an optimal location across from Tamarindo Beach, has a nice pool area and is walking distance to many restaurants. We'd recommend this place!

Great location!

I don’t think you can find a better location if you want to be in the heart of Tamarindo. A short walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes) and all that Tamarindo has to offer. The condo was exactly as described.

The property looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in a great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The host, Kattya, was excellent, comunicating, setting up airport transportation and excursions.

Pura Vida in Costa Rica

This was a perfect vacation spot for our winter get-away. The condo was lovely, clean and spacious. The pool was great and ocean was a close walk. The area had wonderful restaurants and shops. We enjoyed several adventures in the area with the recommendations and help from our hosts. We will be back!

Perfect vacation condo!!

Our stay here in Tamarindo was absolutely perfect thanks to Kattya and her beautiful home! She helped to coordinate and book activities for my family, was available to communicate with at all times during our stay about anything we needed, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best trip possible. You can’t beat the location, walking steps to the beach, shops, and restaurants in Tamarindo. Very clean, modern, and well stocked with everything you need. We can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful property in an awesome location

We had a great time at our stay in Tamarindo. The condo is lovely - totally lives up to the photos - and it's across the street from the beach and a close walk to great restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are good size -- plenty of room for our family of four -- the kitchen, dining and living rooms were nicely appointed and the pool was right outside the back door. Check in and out were easy. Appreciated the recommendations from Kattya - we tried several of the restaurants and they were all fabulous.
